Ayer 8 de febrero fui hacer un envio alrededor de las 6pm... la senorita q estaba acargo ahi parecia como manager x wue no portaba el uniforme ni gafete, se porto muy grocera, estuve mas de 20m esperando x mi recibo hasta q le dije si x favor me podia atender y ella fue muy grocera con sus expreciones.C mi experiencia en costumer service. Creo q Mi pueblo Market deberia entrenar a sus managers como tratar ala gente. Jamas regresare a depositar dinero yo soy un cliente que gasta en la sucursal no voy a que me regalen las cosas y x eso creo que merezco un buen trato de parte de sus empleados. Gracias.

Deverian cambiar el personal de la taqueria ase un rato fui con mi esposo a comprar unas pupusas para llevar y me vendieron masa las pupusas estan horribles y crudas casi no tenian comida adentro y demasiado gruesas pura masa no es primera vez que compro comida en este lugar y esta vez supo horrible se ve que son nuevas las que trabajan porque yo conozco a otras señoras. Y también siempre compramos algo de la tienda y las cajeras siempre estan de mal humor. Deven mejorar.

Horrible customer service! Cant go shopping with my husband here because the checkers ALWAYS start sweating and try to flirt with my husband, not caring that his WIFE AND CHILDREN are there (no standards)... when you go to send money at the window there is RARELY someone in there to assist you so you end up dealing with Enramex or Sigue then waiting for 15 minutes before someone even ralizes you are there. Honestly, the prices at Lowes Mercado are better and the Customer Services is better. Hell I would rather wait shop and wait in the long lines at walmart then go here ever again. And, the Taqueria they have there is terrible too. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Cashier always mess up with my purchase and add something I never bought. Sometimes they choose a super expensive item and weight it with another item. e.g I bought a 4 lbs onions which was $.99 for 4 lbs and they charged me for a cactus which was 5.99 per lbs which cost me 6x times more than what my initial purchase was. They do these alot and I personally have experienced similar thing happening with my purchases 60-70% of the time. I go there still to buy fresh fruits and vegetables and now keep a close eye on the items that gets scanned.

They also have an excellent bakery, that specializes in Mexican favorites. You can also sit casually and eat made to order Mexican cuisine throughout the day. They make a variety fresh fruit punches to quench your thirst!

Un excelente lugar para encontrar articulos de Mexico, muy buenos precios tambien. LA comida esta buena, pero necesitan mas cajeros, te tardas muchisimo en pagar (los fines de semana).

Good store, great variety of Hispanic goods, food served at deli is also great. Overall pretty complete and good prices on most all products (of course here you may compromise a little, price over quality). Great if you want a snack place too if you dont want to do it yourself (chilindrinas, fresas con crema, fruta en chile, etc.).

This place its ok to get groceries, sometimes you need to get there early if you want to get the good stuff, the kitchen though is not very good, they make really good gorditas there but its been 4 weeks in a row that I go there trying to get one and they never have them and they are just to lazy to make more, good bred though.

I been going to this store for a long time used to love all the service, product, and food, but from like 6 months to now the service, and product has gone from very good to poor, very poor. I really now prefer to go to another store, I dont care to pay 10 to 20 cents more for better product and service.....

Worst Spanish grocery store, they sell mostly everything out of date Smells like rat urine the, cashiers are rude the owner lady super rude they dont have education they are badly organized. They really should get inspected for the bad quality food they sell.

I like the fact they have a Mexican food restaraunt inside and can get lbs of meat ordered cooked and a range of decent Mexican food. The Mexican food version of a walmart deli(but better). They also have pupusas. Also like there bakery goods. (Pan dulce)

I used to go to this store, since it was a little market in Aurora. But the product and quality have went down. Its has very POOR quality and the products are not the same. It sucks. I use to like going there.
