Will never return. I took my car in for an oil change after work one day a couple weeks ago. When I drove it home, it was sounding and riding really rough (which it hadnt been doing before). After a couple days of that I started wondering if it was just the cheap oil and decided to re-do the oil change on my own and see if it helps any. While pulling off the oil filter, I noticed the one Napa had put on was not the same size as the one I got (about half the size and didnt fit fully onto the vehicle). After researching it further I discovered that the one they put on was not made for my vehicle. Even their own website said it doesnt fit. They screwed me and if I hadnt been skeptical that could have done some serious damage. I will never go there for an oil change again and will not recommend them.

I broke down near this place with a bad tire on a motorcycle. As they do not deal with motorcycle tires, I felt somewhat helpless. Stayed at a motel that night. In the morning, their garage tech lent us the tools needed to break loose the tire and rim! Next, the Manager, Chris, LENT us his personal vehicle to go to the nearest major city to get a tire put on!!!These people are not only good business people, they are examples of American Values I have not seen in years! Thank you so much!! Forever in your debt.

These guys are outstanding, go the extra mile. Our motor home had a tire going flat and another very unevenly worn. Chris got right on it, found (last 2) tires that fit and had them mounted right away. They were professional and courteous; could have charged us a fortune. Instead we received a very good value for the charge. Thanks guys!

I had to stop here for a bolt to fix my brake caliper. The garage tech took great care of me by finding the right sized bolt and even installing it on my car for a small service fee. I really saved my day as I was just passing thru Limon on my way to film a wedding. Great staff and store!

Popped in travelling between TX and ID o get snow chains and got the kindest service, all questions treated with respect, hands on demo thrown is as well to ensure known usage . Checked had all pieces. Bill was the master mechanic who was brilliant in the help and advice

Had a nail in a tire, guy at this place since it was all wheel drive I would need 4 new tires. I ended up going to the nearest Subaru dealership, 70 miles away. They couldnt patch it but ONLY needed 1 tire. This place wants to rip off folks.

I would recommend any other parts store, this store has very little to no automotive knowledge, they will try to rip you off and it seemed obvious enough to not have any care or respect for the customer.

Am from out of town and my car was making noise. The guy at the desk was able to recognize the noise and sure enough I had low dex-cool. Filled it up and went on my way home! Thats service!

Super friendly. We got an used tire for cheap! Even offered us a free spare with no charge. I recommend David! He did an excellent job and couldnt be any nicer!
