Very, very, very, greedy company when I was employed here. They refused to pay overtime by moving hours worked to the next week or by cutting your remaining hours left in the week. Often the store was understaffed because theyre cheap. I loved my coworkers and managers dont get me wrong. Its just company policy to pay employees as little as possible. From a customers point of view Id give 4.5 stars

Customer service nowadays is horrible...stood in front of the sandwich bar wanting to order a sandwich and everybody just looked at me. No one said hello, one min, be right with you...nothing....wow....thats usually how it goes nowadays tho...horrible customer service...will not be returning to this sprouts...ever!!!

I like sports because they are always really good vegetables and a nice selection of different kinds of eggs. Youre much more affordable than Whole Foods which is cost prohibitive the parking is pretty good there and the staff is nice

My go to for all things healthy food. I love this location. However there is a recently vacant building on Dartmouth and Sheridan where the Wal-Mart neighborhood market was that would make another great location. Just saying.

The prices are too high for the area. They dont have enough cashiers during days/eves. Not a real good selection of foods - lots of product, but not a large selection. Staff doesnt really know anything about their products.

Purchased pomegranate seeds only to find they had mold on them. Went back in to talk to a manager: got the cash back, but no apology was ever issued. Awful customer service on top of all!
