I went to the store on June 12, 2016 to purchase a chicken Caesar salad and was told by one of the employees that another employee just began preparing them at lunch time... I said I would wait and checked back approximately 5 min later to see that they were being prepared. When I asked the cashier if they were, the employee who informed me they were being prepared shouted from the back of the deli vey rudely "I ALREADY TOLD YOU THEY WOULD BE A WHILE!" In front of several customers and employees. Apparently it is acceptable behavior at this store where you are spending your money! Dont waste your time here there are more appreciative businesses willing to accept your business!!!!

THANKSGIVING BUYERS BEWARE! I called ahead 5 days to have a fresh never frozen turkey put on hold for me at the deli counter. When I got to the store there were no fresh, never frozen turkeys to be found and I was told by multiple employees that Sprouts brings all turkeys in frozen - even ones that people order ahead, despite signage on the deli counter with this exact phrase "Reserve your fresh, never frozen turkey today!" making reference to the upcoming holiday. If youre looking for a never frozen turkey, especially with Thanksgiving around the corner, look elsewhere.

I like shopping sprouts but this location is quite possibly the slowest sprouts in CO. Probably the slowest grocer store in Arvada area. I get that Im here during peak hours so yes, I am comparing it to other grocery stores in general during peak hours. Half of them look like zombies when ringing you up and 3 different times I have been at this location the register girls were complaining about not getting a break or that its their turn to go on break. Ive held my tongue all the way up until my 12 visit here. Take that for what its worth shoppers.

Products as good as any other sprouts but the customer service is horrible. Every employee seems to be moping around the store and they hardly acknowledge your presence even when youre at the counter in front of them. The checkout lines are also usually slow moving and they never have enough registers open. The lady running my register had 5 people in line and just decided to close up after I got through. This is a poor example of a sprouts! Work on your customer service.

Never go here if you want to just pick up a few items. You will be trapped in long long checkout lines that take forever. Also, I bought a proportioned hummus and veggie snack box tonight. I got a whole stem, no broccoli floret and less than half the hummus youre supposed to get.This place has just constantly disappointed me for years but I have to go in sometimes because the natural grocers nearby is closed or theres no parking.

Typical experience on all but the slowest days is long checkout lines. If you have any kind of schedule, avoid going in. The shelves are typically filled with wide variety of fresh product and one can most often find whatever is needed in this store with a smaller footprint than other big chain super stores. Its nice to have a non big chain super store option in the neighborhood, but the customer service is a gap.

Amazing produce. Good dry goods selection. The butcher counter was a bit sparse but the steaks we purchased were a good price, well cut and very high-quality. They do not do bone in with their beef... Odd. Also thought the tiny deli was a bit understaffed. Not as glitzy as a big flagship whole... You know. But for a small location grocery its well done.

One of those stores you walk into and you feel like walking into a familiar place. The staff is friendly and provides speedy, helpful services. There are many options for produce and everything is fresh. And this is one of the few farmers market in Colorado that supports phone payments! Overall, nice market, no complaints.

Wait 20 minutes in line for a small purchase? Thats what you can expect- whether your cart is full or not, they NEVER check you out quickly. Poorly run, staff is overwhelmed. Out of stock frequently on popular items. I see from other reviews my experience is not unusual.

I want to like this place, but when I try get my produce here instead of kings, Im disappointed with out of stock constantly. Likewise, the organic section of this produce focused store is abysmal at best. Maybe they should close Mondays so that they could re-stock?

Sprouts is the common mans Whole Foods, where you dont have to spend your whole paycheck on a single bag. The prices are actually often better than Safeway and King Soopers. My favorite part...the produce. The quality is impeccable, no matter when I come in.

never enough cashiers regardless of time of day, small selection of organic produce, weak selection of organic/grassfed meats. Its like a cross between a real natural food store and a Safeway, but its closer to safeway in many ways.

I love how all of their food is healthy & they have tons of gluten-free options. I gave it 4 stars because the produce section is lacking a little & theyre a bit expensive (although not as expensive as Whole foods)
