I grew up in this neighborhood and have always used this King Soopers. It has gone to crap over the years. Where do I start? The Deli Department is ridiculous, waiting in line just to be helped for 20+ minutes and they get your order wrong EVERY single time. I want chicken not turkey!!! I know the difference apparently the staff and or managers need to learn the same. And when you question it they want to play it off as they know what theyre doing and you (the customer) dont know what you are talking about. The pharmacy is a freaking JOKE. The staff is so rude and cant get it together. I have asked 4 different times to have my scripts transferred but I dont think they know how to do that. And just because you are busy all the time and hate your job doesnt mean you can treat customers like that. The lines are incredibly long that your food expires by time you get home or your energy gets shut off by time you make it through the customer service line to pay your xcel bill. It always seems they are out of stock on a lot of things and they dont know how to rotate product. I think the district manager needs to come in an do an OverHaul!!!!!

The store manager came up to us while he was off the clock, harassing me about my small dog and asked me to leave the store. He wasnt kind about it, he was rude and made a scene with me in the store. He had attitude and talked to me as if he didnt even want me in the store. I told him I never wanted to shop here ever again because of his rudeness and he said "thats fine". He basically harassed me in the store and wouldnt leave me alone. Ill never shop at this king Soopers ever again, their management doesnt care about how they treat their customers if theyre willing to talk disrespectfully to customers and argue with them in the middle of the aisle. I had to tell him 3 times that im leaving and to quit harassing me. Thats not how you treat customers and if thats how the store manager is then what does that say about the rest of the team? By the way my dog has been in that store 5 times before so...

Long time shopper and now I will not be returning all because of the cashier I had my recent time. Contacted corporate but they have not followed up on my emails. The cashier (andre, one of the front managers nephews) didnt even say hello or anything when I approached to make my purchase. He instead continued to talk to his co-worker behind him about where his uncle was because he wanted to go on a smoke break. After my buggy was all rank up he didnt tell me the total asked if I had a King Soopers card or mutter a single word. I find this to be highly rude and only expect that because he is a managers nephew he will be given special treatment. This is totally uncalled for and he needs to be trained on customer service skills. Like I said before Ive contacted corporate at King Soopers and Have yet to receive a reply.

Waited in line at customer service desk for probably 10 mins before another clerk finally came, then waited an additional 15 mins and afterwards tryed to get change for a twenty at self check out and was told i would need to wait in the customer service line, which probably would have taken another 15 or twenty minutes. Also had some employee following me as if i were going to steal something Im assuming becAuse my backpack and all I was carrying was a gallon of milk, I asked the guy if there was a problem or if I could help him with something and he turned and walked away. Worst experience Ive ever had at a king soopers store.

I gotta hand it to your butchers, theyre masterful. Masterful that is at taking scraps of the tenderloin that should be relegated to beef tips, rolling ithem up, packaging it and selling it as tenderloin cuts. For the third and FINAL time I bought tenderloins at your store only to have them fall apart taking them out of the package. Not too conducive for grilling. I do understand that you have to, and should maximize the value of the meat you purchase but you go way too far. Youve ruined my last meal. I might stop shopping at king soopers for anything. Well done, no beef cooking pun intended.

The store is extremely busy. The lines have been long every single time Ive been there with only a few lanes open. It definitely needs to be restocked more often as well as remodeled. There isnt a Starbucks either even though most every grocery store has one. I just think it is a bit neglected and needs more employees to work the Customer Service desk. After everyone is off work (around 5pm) there are only two people so the line can extend to the side of the store. Its relatively clean and the employees are friendly though.

Extremely busy store. The carts and checkout are both on the right side when entering the store, so everyone is trying to get in and out the same way instead of this place removing the display in the middle of the entrance and/or simply moving the carts to the left. Its like being in a traffic jam. There are always many people in line to check out. Its hard finding parking too just to go in this or any other store in this shopping center. Its my last resort when going shopping.

Head clerk was more interested in chatting than taking care of business, meaning the parking lot was scattered with carts and I mean a lot, it was 11:15pm and that was rediculous to see. It wasnt easy shopping the Frozen and meat aisles as all the lighting was off. I grabbed a couple items and left rather than trying to search for what I wanted in the dark; most frozen items were pushed clear to the back and you could tell it hadnt been faced / straitened in hours.

Needs refining. Words cant describe how much I despise this neighborhood. This KS has been here FOREVER & it shows. Some of the staff is very nice but beware of the customers. Its not a place I like to go once the sun goes down. They have an armed security guard every night. Its rundown & some store items arent very high in quality. They dont carry a few things other Kings do (also no gas which is fine). Expect a lot of other people if you go after work.

Every single time I come here, without fail, the line at customer service is 12 ppl long and theres one single old person working. It takes me half an hour to buy a bus pass. I know theres an employee here whod be happy to fill in if you just gave them the hours. How do I know? He told me. Give your employees hours and give your customers decent service, thats how youre supposed to run a business

Pleasant. Great selection and competitive prices. I especially love the coupons i get plus savings from king soopers card. My main grocery store. THE checked I had was an older man. I believe he was a shift supervisor. He was very personable and carried conversation well. Thanks! KEEP IT UP.

Very friendly staff. They do not have a full serve deli for prepared foods on site. Sometimes the pharmacy has to order in certain perscriptions that they dont have in stock resulting in a 1 day delay. I shop there because they are located close by. They also do not have gas pumps on site
