I want to say I love the coffee! Its great but I gave a "1" because the customers service experience wasnt good this morning. Im a frequent coffee drinker at human bean and Im very disappointed with the service. For the price I pay every time I expect to get what I ask for. As well a friedly smile. What I ask wasnt something possible it was just to apply the free coupon to an specific drink as the other ones were not mine. But she didnt care. There was no line or something that could make it forget, she just didnt care to do what I asked. I wouldnt go back to get the difference cuz that is not my point. My point is to give to the customer what they as and that will result in great customer experience, more customers and customer return.

I have been getting coffee here for a long time. Human Bean has always been a great experience. Service was exceptional one of my visits last week. I was in a hurry, I was handed my coffee, I drove off before I was hand my change. I realized this a few hours later. I returned later that night. I asked if I had left without my change. Mandy (hope I spelled correctly) had it for me. She had taped it together and wrote my name on it so it would be returned. Thanks a lot Mandy! Your Awesome, I hope management recognizes you for this! I appreciate the honesty. Human Bean always has very cool people working here. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

I have repeatedly given this HB location chances to get my order right, they NEVER do..Im overcharged pissed off and still dont have what I want. Take it from a local, this is just a bad bean...dont waste your time here! Many better places to get espresso around town, Id suggest Cranford Tea Tavern and John Gait Coffee CO to someone over human bean. The only reason Im leaving this review is because this has happened so many times now and its ridiculous.(you can keep your "let us try again coffee"- probably wouldnt get it right anyway.)

If you want great coffee with even better customer service go see the girls at 23rd human bean. Not only do they know their stuff, no matter what you are looking for, they also have personality. I love going there because they treat me like I am a long time friend. They remember my name, my drink, and any random detail I may have talked about before. That blonde girl makes me smile every time I go in and she is dancing to disco. For a morning boost go see the 23rd bean girls.

The girls are awesome at this site. They are always so friendly and really seem genuinely happy to see you. The drinks arent as strong as a Starbucks and I really like that. Of course you can request your drink anyway you like it, but I like a drink that isnt overpowered by expresso.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable in their menu and very helpful with recommendations. Sometimes both lines can get long but they work pretty quick so the wait times arent bad. My favorite drink is the red bull smoothie with blueberry pomegranate!

I adore the Human Bean -- every single location is great. Id probably sit in line for an hour for their coffee, but I know Id never have to because even when theyre busy they get people thru the line quickly.
