Love the human bean as they are pretty consistent with their drinks unlike Starbucks which taste different every day. The only problem with this location is that they are much slower than the one on 36th ave. I just have to plan in advance so I leave enough time to sit in line. It has improved a lot over the last few months but I still feel it could use a little work around the 7am hour. The staff is always been friendly to me even when they are slammed.

I have to say, I love the Bean and get it easy more often than I should, but this location has consistently disappointed us. Once, we ordered two drinks that were the same flavor and got one that had no flavoring and the other had the flavoring for both. Today we ordered two of the daily special and got two coffees with half and half and no flavor. Super disappointed and, like I said, this is not the first, or second time. It has happened several.

I love the human bean. All of their locations but this one anyway. They have no pep in their step. Every time i come to this location i get frustrated. I live behind the place but I will be driving to the other location from now on. They have much quicker service. The centura location is the best. I still love you human bean but this location need a lot of work.

Staff are extremely polite and kind. They are understandable to their customers. Price are reasonable and better than Starbucks. They have coffee punch which after you have brought 10 drinks at their drive thru. Youre 11th is free amd its a 20 OZ

The dark roast coffee is wonderful. Milk, cream and almond milk are available for mixing with coffee or tea. Lots of different flavors are available including several sugar free options as well.
