I really cant say enough good about the staff at this location. It is rare that I leave this franchise without a smile, and only a fraction can be attributed to the coffee. My favorite baristas tend to work the night shift, but even when Ive gone during the daytime, its a good experience. To begin, the staff are largely enthusiastic. Whatever troubles they have in their lives, they dont show their worries to their patrons. They are quick, attentive, and make a simple thing like ordering a coffee feel like a personal experience, as if they took time out of their day just to make a coffee for me. Even in the times when its apparent theyre not having the best of days, the best baristas at this location still seem to give 100% of what they have in every experience. If I were to suggest improvement, it would be in the structure of the building itself. As a late-night customer, I am not surprised when the walk-up window is closed, but it apparently provides a glare so that it is difficult for the baristas to see that someone is at the window. The window is also built so that I often have to lean downward to see past the bottom edge of the window frame. Its a small inconvenience, but its there. Also, the music is often so loud I have to shout my order, though its often quieter at night. Really, theres nothing else I could mention to improve my experience at Dutch Bros. Theyve managed to take on the competition from a certain Seattle-based company and succeed in producing a better product, but also a better company. I have the insight of having worked for the aforementioned company from Seattle, where enthusiasm for the customer is mostly ignored in preference of, well, Im still not sure. With the kind of customer appreciation Dutch Bros. shows, its a safe bet Ill go out of my way to be a customer whenever I think Id like a quick cuppa.

So I am Posting these pictures because I have attempted Numerous of times to contact the Corporate Office, As Well as the Manager of the Person who caused this damage to my vehicle. Maybe this will finally force them to contact me. I was in the drive-thru window of the DUTCH BROS on COLORADO AVE AND WEBER in Colorado Springs, Co when an Attendant came out of the Hut and was walking down the ramp with a dolly, she lost control of the dolly and it rammed into the side of my van. She immediately apologized and reassured me that it was nothing but a minor scratch, "She swears, it a just a tiny little nick." I made the huge mistake of not getting out of the Vehicle and inspecting it for myself because I was on lunch and needed to get back to work, and I took her to be an honorable person, in other words I took her word for it. Well it wasnt until the next morning that I actually got to assess the damage, Low and Behold its not a little Nick its a HUGE, GIGANTIC SCRATCH GOING NEARLY THE WHOLE LENGTH OF MY SLIDING DOOR, WITH PAINT TRANSFER. THIS ISNT A SCRATCH THAT WE CAN JUST BUFF OUT EITHER. I wasnt able to inspect and see the SCRATCH because I didnt get home until after Midnight that night from work. All I want is the acknowledgement that something happened and for it to be corrected. That attendant flat out lied to me about the damage and I dont appreciate that. I also dont appreciate being told that management will call me and then they dont, or that I call the Corporate number all day and all it does is ring, no answer, no Voicemail nothing. I also sent an email and no response to that either. Lets see if they respond to this!!!!!

New to Colorado Springs and new to Dutch Bros coffee and I have to say theyve earned a lifetime customer! After being recommended the Pocahontas blended with whip I discovered my new favorite drink. The staff is always fast, friendly, and courteous. and even After getting a flat tire on the second of August nearby, they allowed me to not only change my tire in their parking lot, but offered me a cup of coffee and assistance for my troubles. Talk about taking customer service to the next level!!!! Thanks Dutch Bros! Nov. 15 update- Wheres Kendall or Carrie or any if the awesome staff usuals at? Just stood outside the window for 15 minutes without being acknowledged... you guys always have kick ass service, but this time...I literally walked back to my vehicle with out a word or my much desired cup of coffee. Thanks I think?

Stopped by here once on the way to northern Colorado and then again on the way back, impressed both times. While there was a significant line in the drive thru, they are pretty quick to get people moving and will also come out to take the orders for people in line, so their drink is usually ready by the time they get to the window. Im not a fan of their flavored drinks, too much sugar for me, but I love their Americano, black. Great smoothness to their coffee and always served with what appears to be genuine friendliness. Sometimes the baristas are TOO talkative for me but Im going to dock them for that.

I first went to Dutch Bros in Oregon and when I moved back to colorado I was so sad I couldnt have it anymore.. low and behold there are three locations! All of which are so sweet, fast, friendly and delicious. I seriously love this place. I have gotten so many people to switch from Starbucks to here. I wanna work here now! They are phenomenal! Try the peppermint soda. Also they have alternatives for vegan, vegetarians and lactose intolerance. It makes my heart smile!

I do love the prices and employees Ive been going here for over 2 years now and most of the time Ill drive out of my way just to have their coffee. Though today, was the first day in a very long time my drink was so hot I scalded my tongue. Yes I understand the premise of a hot beverage but they know very well what temperature its capable of reaching, one nobody should be drinking at. This isnt going to keep me from still going just disappointed..

The coffee here is great, the people even better, they joke, theyre happy, and they know who you are on a personal level. There have been a couple times where Ive had life a crisis, and they knew and were eager to help in any way, before some of my friends knew what had happened. This place has and will be a part of me, and I highly suggest it to anyone looking for delicious coffee, and life long friends. Thank you Dutch bros!!

I have only ever seen boys working at this location. One set of them are nice and accommodating....the other set are rude and difficult. Both work at night so since I am never sure what we are going to get there, we drive the extra miles to the Platte location because the staff there is ALWAYS awesome! Hit or Miss downtown.

The staff is outrageously friendly and always willing to help you decide if youre having a hard time choosing. Theyre business model of customers first is the real deal. Prices are normal as they range between $2-8 depending on your drink. I love Dutch Bros and there is a reason there is a cult following in the Springs.
