Terrible customer service. Came in to buy an already overpriced quartz banger. I was sold the wrong size (despite me questioning it and making sure I was getting the size I asked for) came in the next day to exchange and the shop was out of the more quality/thicker mm glass model which I originally purchased. As a medical patient,I need to be able to vaporize my medicine. I would have much rather received a refund and gone across the street for a thick banger but instead was told I could only get a store credit(forcing me to get the less quality piece because I dont have time to wait for a restock to use my store credit) this was the shop workers mistake not mine and I am the one who has now gotten the short end of the stick. Tried to give you guys a chance but will be taking my business DIRECTLY parallel across the street. Thanks for the rip off

The staff here is amazing. I went here for the first time looking for an electric grinder and Issac and Jesse helped me out. They were really helpful and friendly and werent just trying to make a sale. There prices are great, awesome variety, and good quality products. I wont buy from ANYWHERE else.

If your from out of town and without necessary equipment to truly enjoy all Denver has to offer, then I highly recommend stopping by this joint. Amazingly helpful and didnt try to upsell me when he knew I was a tourist. I will definitely stop here again on my next visit.

the dude thats there in the evenings has always been super helpful and chill the times ive visited... only place in town where ive found a refillable butane flame (not torch) lighter, oh and they have hotrailers!

Good customer service but the place is never open on time. Ive tried to go at 10:15am several times and they are a ghost town. Either open at 10am or change your hours to 11am!
