I loved Caribou, but they closed all of them by me. So I was excited to go here on vacation, but quickly disappointed. My family and I ordered all our bagel sandwiches and coffee. Then the sandwiches came out, but two of them were wrong. Then we waited for our coffees, some of which were just regular coffee so they shouldnt have taken very long at all. When we asked about them, they didnt seem to know what happened. They needed our order again, and we got them, but they should have been free after waiting all that time. The employees claimed they were so busy when they werent (there were just a few other people there), and even the manager said they "had a lot going on." Again, there were a few people there other than us and they were getting stuff ready for a catering job. But they should be able to handle that level of busyness. I was very disappointed and would not return to or recommend this location. The staff need to be trained better and the manager needs to work on customer service. We were not given any reason to come back, just poor excuses for their bad service.

I only go to this place because its on the way to work, but the majority of the time I go out of my way to go to Starbucks because the service is so bad here. Today I came in to refill my growler and after waiting for 5 minutes I decided to tell for service in hopes that someone might hear me. Finally when I got service they were out. Ive been here many other times and I never am able to use my caribou rewards card because their system doesnt work, this has been an issue for months and they have yet to fix it. When I get deals from caribou it takes forever for them to figure out how to acknowledge it. I really love caribou, but i go out of my way to go to the one on Hampton because they have great service and Im able to use my rewards card. If I need coffee, I go to Starbucks a couple of blocks away. If I really need a breakfast sandwich Ill go to the Einsteins on South Colorado, again great service.

This place is always disorganized. Even if you are just getting coffee it takes awhile and then you have to hope there is coffee, or at least coffee that isnt stale. They have also giving me the wrong order before. There always seems to be a couple staff just standing around with no idea what to do. Maybe they just need to be trained better because their are certainly better coffee places in the area. Dont think I will ever buy coffee or anything from them again.

Today was certainly the last time Ill be stopping by here on my way to work. Was late to work today because a bagel with egg & cheese took 27 minutes from order to door. Thankfully I have a forgiving boss. First restaurant review Ive ever written, quite disappointed with the sandwich itself as well. This place needs upper management to come in and observe the chaos. Out of more than 60% of all bagels by 730 am, and 27 minutes to get a sandwich. Fail.

I have been here 3 times and the 3 times they have managed to screw my order. 3 times i have ordered a turkey bacon avocado bagel on potatoes roll with extra pickles and first time they gave a breakfast sandwich, second time they did not add bacon or pickels on bag, third time the no avocado or bacon and different bagel and no pickels either. Have not been disappointed with any other location. But this one def not my choice anymore.

WiFi is fast here and we were able to do our morning G+ show live via Google Hangouts. Ive been here four times and every time they either dont have any bagels (frustrating given thats their whole market) or mess up my order or take far too long to give your order. Its run terribly and its very disappointing considering its not complicated as a menu to offer but I would not suggest going to this location if you want timely service (or good service at all).

Solod fusion of caribou coffee and an Einsteins bagel. While the Food and drinks are predictable, its the dacor that is exceptional. A 10 person table lead me down a rabbit hole to discover who made it. After phone calls with management, regional administration, and corporate office... it was discovered that a company back east Wood in the Hood made the table.

I went to a new one, not on net yet. Girl was nice and went to the back to ask about soy and corn. Told me they said soy but no corn. Husband is allergic to soy so I got only one. Got home and found it was crusted with corn meal, which I cannot eat. Are they really that stupid?

The bagels and cookies are fresh and tasty, and the coffee is delicious. Its a friendly store and they have excellent WiFi. The locations is excellent and they have plenty of parking. If I am craving for a bagel I will most likely visit this store:)

This location tends to be busy in the morning and slow during lunch. Ive seen better service at other Einsteins but its not horrible. Order the no wait bucket if you are in a hurry and need some for the office!

Though they offer many variations on the traditional bagel that can be fun, all of their cream cheese is whipped, which isnt my favorite. I would definitely choose Brueggers if it was between the two!

A great franchisee of Einstein Bros Bagels. Everything tastes great and they have a good staff. I love the whole in the wall bagle place but if I have to go with a chain this is the one.

Ive never been here when I have to wait for my order, good and easy parking, and a nice alternative to Starbucks. I like the different coffee options and convenient location.

The coffee is okay. The staff is friendly. But they let the coffee get old and cold and the food is unhealthy even by higher end fast food standards.
