My family and I normally like going to this Starbucks whenever we visit Breckenridge. However, this last trip to Starbucks was ignorant! All the workers were nice and dealt with the business well expect for this one worker who was extremely impolite and disrespectful! When she called out our drinks, she made fun of my mothers name not once but twice! She said things such as "What kind of name is that?" To other coustmers and was just totally immature for the work place. My family and I will now take our business to another coffee shop located in Breckenridge!

Great location in a historic house on Main St. Coffee is just fine. Being an 18 year resident of Breck I must say the customer service is "typical Breck". It is off season, not busy & I was the only customer ordering when I arrived. But I did not receive my coffee until 4 other people who arrived after me had their order filled. I asked if they had my order and yes there it was. It was quickly filled after being reminded that I was still waiting. No apologies for delay though.

3 stars because AnnaLisa was a little condescending while we were ordering. She didnt hear me more order correctly and when I repeated she acted like I had the problem. Also asked her about sandwiches and when I picked one she didnt acknowledge that shed heard me so I asked if she did and she condescendingly replied it was already in the oven. Unnecessary.

Cool little Starbucks on the main drag in Breckenridge area. Best to walk there because there is very little parking in the back. Staff was friendly, but Ive never seen my drink made like that and it definitely tasted different. Older lady making drinks that day seemed a little frazzled and may have been new. Oh well... Id still go back.

Baristas mumble orders as they come ready and dont say names on the coffee--and this place is CROWDED. My girlfriend went to the bar to pick up a drink--but wait! Angry lady in yoga pants intervened and said harsh words that hurt my soul. Seriously, you can just sit near the bar and watch the confusion as coffees come ready.

Pretty standard Starbucks but in a cool remodeled house on main Street Breck. Great outside seating and parking in the rear for free. The coffee is always good and fresh and they are often busy but crank out the drinks as good as any. Good clean bathrooms a bonus.

Got my coffee and just sat down and then they told me I had to leave because they were closing. Probably would have been a good idea to tell me when I place my order. So had to go out in the cold and drink my overpriced coffee. Thumbs down.

Cold brewed vanilla latte was strong enough to keep me up for a couple days straight. The location is lovely with a front and a back patio area with plenty of seating for sitting and conversing over drinks.

Friendly, competent and fast employees, great layout and world-class coffee! I try not to work here during the ski season, but theres almost always room to sit and room to park, which is sort of amazing!

I left my cell phone on the park bench in front of the starbucks and Sam the manager went out of his way to get the phone back to me. Thanks and a telltale sign of a respectable establishment.

Very cool Starbucks. Built in an old house it is different than the normal coffee shop. The chairs are not that comfortable so if you are spending lots of time there try someplace else.
