Let me start off by saying I never complain or write bad reviews. I work in the customer service industry my whole life so Im very understanding. I got a bag of beef jerky come home sit down after getting off work open the bag had one piece and noticed that the bag had looked like a rat had got into the bag! I immediately spit it out and got grossed out. I was not about to drive to the store again because I got off work and wanted to just hangout. So today I go to inform them what happened this is where my experience got bad! I went in all I wanted was an exchange thats it I love beef jerky. I got to the first person I see told him what happened he asked me to wait a moment and it seems I was waiting for a manager or supervisor. I was just in the middle of telling him I wanted to return this item and was telling him how I only had one piece when he jumped down me put of no where said we dont return only same day and I cant take it because I looks like something got into it. Well thats what I was trying to tell him he had the worst attitude and was so rude to me. Im not one to make a seen so I nicely sarcastically told him to have a great day because he was blaming me for the bag. You have lost my business for life at that store and Im a local. I will make my friends aware of this as well as anyone of my guests! I will not buy from any 711again. I have never felt this way before. I wish I had taken the time to get the guys name but I was so upset and afraid I was going to tell at him that I left. You need to speak with your employees and tell them how to treat customers! Im sorry I was so rude on this review but this is my horrible experience!

I went into the store pretty early in the morning at around 4:00 a.m. I began to look at the hot dogs as well as the famous tornados. When an employee notified me that they were still cold. At the point I understood it was an odd time, so I continued to look around. Once I had picked out my items I approached the cashier (Sighn) who seemed very eager to get me out of the door. I had forgotten something so I told him, but he was irritated by that, he didnt seem irritated, he told me how irritated he was by letting me know he had other stuff to worry about other that helping me so i should make up my mind and get on with it. So I told him I dont care what he had to do. Because I was there infront of him, he should of been worried about helping me. At that point he stated to yell at me telling me to get out of his store and I said I was still looking around and he said he didnt care and if i didnt leave he was going to call the police. I was angered by that and I pulled out my phone to write this review. I had bad reception so I went into my car and as I was writing this review he stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. I was frustrated and angered by the way he treated me and yelled at me. I have never had the reason to write a bad review but this was too much.

Had to ask the sole employee to make coffee three times after he told me to just get cappuccino. About one-third of everything in stock is price marked incorrectly so prepare to pay more than the sign says. I have yet to step into this location without the staff member on his Bluetooth device speaking in some foreign language. The reason it actually gets two stars rather than one is because its one of the few places open late

This place was absolutely disgusting in the store and the bathrooms! They dont care about his place at all after a quick look at the reviews. If youre reading this go elsewhere while traveling!!!!!!

I called them over the phone, and it was terrible. The person over the phone sounded high, and he was extremely rude, stating that he was busy, and ceased talking promptly after.
