SOS just lost a $650 gun sale because of the rude service I received on the phone today. (6/18/14) I had paid for my gun in full, and was waiting the 10 days when I realized that the kid who I bought the gun from had written the date for pick up for 11 days. I called to ask about it and he was very rude. I called back to speak to the owner and the guy I spoke with was very short with me, and instead of talking to me like an adult, he was treating me like I was a piece of garbage. I hadnt even asked him to cancel the transaction when he said to me, "listen guy, I can cancel your DROS and refund your money". Since I received such poor service I accepted his offer and will be taking my $650 somewhere else. I have never been treated this poorly in my life, especially when spending that much money. Take my advise, go to any other gun store in the area, and youll recieve better customer service. Dont put yourself through this! Turns out 11 days is the company policy for waiting periods... if they would have told me that when I purchased the gun, their wouldnt have been an issue.

Dont be fooled by the look from the street, they have a lot of items to choose from. Service is always great. Love that I can buy vegi seeds in bulk for my garden. Best prices in Yuba/Sutter for firearms. My daughter loves the old school, storefront, coin op horse ride they have. One of the owners always come and visits with my daughter every time we come in. The negative reviews are related to one person and in no way reflect the rest of the crew. Ive had the same problem but I just deal with the people I like and all is well. The rest treat my wife, daughter and I like family.

Service is great, I purchased my Glock 17 and Remington 870 and they even gave a discount price, while not much it was less than in other places in the yuba and sutter area. While their tactical gear and displays are minimal, they are able to make special orders. I will be making my future purchases here and as long as they are in business

These people are fantastic, friendly, and helpful. They have always had a smile on there faces and its a great local company to support. I buy my lawn fertilizer and chemicals from them for my yard. I also buy my guns from them as they have great gun prices!!!
