Recently bought a small air compressor to keep in my truck, for topping off my tires, bike tires, & rugby balls. The air line on my previous one had broken, so I just bought a new one instead of trying to fix it. The Harbor Freight pump was not a great quality item & leaked air from the fitting, so I returned it. However, one of the employees named Michael was extremely helpful. After some discussion, he determined that the broken air line on my "Masterflow" pump from Pep Boys could be easily fixed, & in fact fixed it in about 15 seconds. Michael started by noticing me browsing the aisles, asked if he could help, then proceeded to troubleshoot & solve my problem. He clearly had a wide range of knowledge regarding store products & was very professional, so I hope management sees this post. I know that some of the items Harbor Freight carries may not be top-of-the-line, but this is the first time I was unhappy with a purchase there. They do have a lot of great stuff, with good prices & I will definitely be back thanks to the customer service.

I just want to say thank you, thank you so much for helping me out and hearing my plight. My bank had made a terrible mistake and refused to fix it, drove 3 hrs to harbor freight to be helped by the wonderful woman by the name of Yesenia. Very kind, quick, caring and professional, didnt make me feel like another coachroach waiting to give up the cash. Made me feel like family and was concerned about my being, Thank you harbor freight for the help and thank you Yesenia. Today would have been a nightmare without you both.

"Kelly" the Manager, was most unfriendly person I have ever meet. If the store made a mistake it is customers fault and you as the customer need to come at the more convenient time to make a simple exchange. Will never shop at this location again I Love Harbor Freight as the store, buy all my tools at it.. But this location BE WARNED... I came back and returned everything I bought at “More Convenient time” I went to the one on the Harbor and 22 Freeway, and bought what I need there with great Service.

Most employes are helpful . BUT NOT THE MANAGER. NAMED EARL.he was on the register.. (westminster ca. Location) he called me liar when i was trying to return a broken item. Worst attitude ever seen. Other employees are nice.. just that bad experience. .

Cheap tools!!! Sometimes you dont need to spend a ton of money on tools and you just need something that works. This place is perfect, they have lots of different items. Its like a candy store for men

Brought an item that did not work . Took it straight back for credit and was dinged a 20% restocking fee. Im done with these guys crappy products and return policy. Good luck suckers
