Approaching this pharmacy pick up and drop off window has never been a pleasant experience. They are not the most friendly staff and usually there are a lot of blank stares. One employee with light colored hair that typically works the pick up and drop off window is continuously rude and arrogant. Ive experienced it myself multiples times and tonight I observed her being short and arrogant with the customer in front of me. When I was forced to have to approach her and request my medicine that was called in 3 hours prior to my attempt to pick up I too was served a healthy dose of her attitude and brashness. Her words to me were short, non servicing, and just another unpleasant experience. Whats your name Whats your date of birth there is no prescription for you, , call your doctor- 7pm If you ask me...someone should be lucky they are currently employed because there are many people who could represent the CVS brand and in this case target brand /experience much better who are possibly in search of a job or opportunity to do just that. The other lady with dark hair is sweet as can be with appropriate customer service dialogue.

After some really poor service from the pharmacy at Cares Community Health, I switched to CVS - West Sacramento. Wow I am so impressed. Great service, friendly people and they text you when your meds are ready and give you in store coupons. They deliver if needed and after two visits, they know my name. Cares Community Health never even tried to be friendly or give service. I am so happy I switched.
