I was sold a broken/used part, after talking with the manager for 10 minutes we were still not able to get any resolution. I am now out the 70.52 that the part cost, please do yourself a favor and go to Napa they have quality parts and actually have customer service. Shame on you autozone, buyers beware! Also please be advised if you walk outside of autozone and face the east, you will be looking at another fine auto part retailer that will not sell you used parts, then not return them. Worst auto parts experience ever!

Excellent, competitive and reasonably priced bread and butter selection of non-OEM parts, that fit most maintenance needs, add to that a crew thats rich in automotive knowledge and experience and you get 4 of the 5 stars. I weighed them against the other chains (Pep Boys and OReilly), and awarded the 5th Star for their overall superior cost to value.

Took my battery in to get tested. The employee was very quick to help. Didnt have enough juice to be tested. He went ahead and got my info and told me he would charge it up and test it when it was done. Only down side was I didnt get a call when it was done. But I called after the 90 mins he quoted and got my answer. Everyone was very helpful.
