The only reason I am giving this one stat is because they do not have a zero star option. On two separate occasions I visited this establishment because it seemed reputable but after consulting with the employees on both occasions I found that they only offer you HALF of what the current market rate on gold and silver brought in to them. I understand making a profit to stay in business but taking advantage is a different story. This place is a glorified pawn shop so expect to get the same treatment as if visiting one, youll have better luck trading in your gold and silver at any mall or jewelry store offering competitive cash for gold prices.

2 people reviewed my gold and silver like good cop, bad cop. Second guy piled it in his hands (no tray) to weigh while dropping some on floor. I said, "Whats up with that" and he replied "Lady, this is scrap jewelry". With his accent it sounded like he said "crap jewelry". He offered me $850 for all. I passed and went to Burbank above Pricillas coffee and Altobelli gave me $1350. Note that was for gold only—and I even brought less. Great experience. Felt super fair.

Completely Rude. I called to see the exchange rate for Japanese yen. I had 25k yen. Other places are offering $308+. The guy on the phone offered $250. When I asked if hed match with other places, he said that the other dealers have the rates incorrecty as I was looking at the rate on the net. Then he started yelling probably in embarrassment. I really hope hes the only idiot who works there.

Met with Ron on Monday...quite helpful...sorted coins of value and no value...explained his decisions...need to wait for the price of silver to rise again...a very pleasant experience...I was originally planning to visit 5 coin shops...after this being my first stop I felt confident with what he had determined the value was.

They were rude and incompetent. He offered my 14 dollars for a 1886 silver dollar which the dealer down the street gave me 168 dollars for. They did not even look it. I brought in my laptop to show I had done my research and he immediately started to insult me. Dont be ripped off by these amazingly rude people.

Prices way too high, if you are buying here...RIP ... they pray on amateurs and present themselves as you owe them a sandwich because they are serving you. They owe you the sandwich for walking into the place!!! Amateurs be ware of this place.

The place is the biggest rip. They told me my vvs1 quality diamonds werent real! Then wanted to give me $150. For a set worth $1200. Trying to tell me "we buy in bulk that is what we pay" well im not selling in bulk so @%!# you
