Absolutely amazing experience with Brilliant Earth when selecting and ordering my wedding band. The most important thing for me when choosing my wedding band was the sources of metal that jewelry company uses and therefore recycled gold was my number one priority. (Side note, my engagement ring, thanks to my lovely and very considerate husband-to-be, is also from recycled gold.) I understood that I was limiting myself quite a bit as not a lot of companies offer that and therefore I was very surprised that the wedding band design that really stand out to me of all the other jewelry stores that we visited and tried was also made with recycled gold. And the price was very competitive. I love the webpage, how professional it looks, how modern the designs are. To be honest, a lot of recycled gold jewelry companies do not have such nicely developed webpages, as usually these are much smaller companies or just stand alone jewelers. But the best of all was the staff. What an amazing service, fast replies, extremely helpful and willing to go extra mile for customer satisfaction. Deep bow for them. Brilliant Earth is an amazing jewelry company that really shines out all the other recycled gold stores and the values that they go by are really close to mine. It is not just shopping for the nicest ring, it is also what is in line with my personal beliefs and therefore I am very glad I went with Brilliant Earth. Thank you so much for providing other choices to the jewelry market!

I was really apprehensive about buying a diamond, and ring on the internet. Super skeptical. However, Brilliant Earth was phenomenal about addressing my concerns! I exchanged emails for months with the sales person to find the perfect stone, and the perfect setting. I changed my mind about a dozen times on what I wanted, and the sales team just kept right up with me sending me pictures, answering my questions, and explaining options and quotes. The shipping was quick and secure. The ring and stone were exactly as they looked in the pictures! I wanted custom stones (alexandrite and aquamarine) on my stetting, and they went to every extent I asked them to with finding those stones, and sending me pictures of the stones before we added them to the setting. Brilliant Earth made me feel like I was in the store with a sales person the whole time. I never once felt pressured, and the sales team always gave me plenty of space when I need a few weeks or a month to think about an option that we were discussing. I ended up getting the wedding band from Brilliant Earth as well. Between the engagement ring and the wedding band, Ive been working with Brilliant Earth for about a year and a half. I seriously have to applaud their patience while I changed my mind so many times about what I wanted this past year and a half. We now have the most PERFECT wedding band and engagement ring for my fiance.

I am blown away by Brilliant Earth! Not only do they have a stunning collection of engagement rings but their customer service has been amazing from start to finish. I really wanted a ring from Brilliant Earth as I love their ethics and I saw a ring on here that was exactly like the ring I was going to design myself. Living on the other side of the world was not ideal for me as I wanted to see what the Sapphire looked like in real life and to try the ring on and see different sized sapphires on my finger etc..., but the customer service team especially Tim Sullivan went out of their way to make sure I was happy before purchasing and even sent me pictures of different coloured saphires and sizes on an assistants hand so that I could get a better idea in real life as to what the ring would look like. I also found them to be very helpful when paying as its slightly harder if purchasing from abroad. They made things easy for me. Once the ring had been ordered and paid for, it came sooner than I thought and I couldnt be happier with the ring. I would definitely recommend them and will no doubt be back to purchase a wedding band ring to go with my engagement ring. Thank you Brilliant Earth!

The proposal was AMAZING!! My now Fiance says the ring I got her is PERFECT! I sought advice from her closest friends and mother but all I got was that she would like a ring picked out by her future husband and to be unique. Up to that point, all I knew was that she loves rose gold jewelry even though she doesnt wear much jewelry and her values directly matched those of Brilliant Earth from my research regarding Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability efforts. So with all that, I contacted Tim Sullivan from Brilliant Earth who assisted me consistently for almost 1.5 months in picking out the right diamond cut, clarity, color, and carat, as well as the setting best for the diamond which I thought would look great on my Fiance. The ring came on the exact day it was projected to come and was packaged as I wanted for safety reasons. We are going to order the wedding bands as well from Brilliant Earth in the next few months as we plan our wedding and aim to communicate with Tim as we go.

SPARKLY-yes gimme all of it! PARKING: Street or lot. The pay meters accept credit card-score! The shop itself is located on the second floor of an office building. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time, and the host will buzz you in. Vanessa really knew her inventory and was an easy conversationalist. I brought both my mom and boyfriend with me, and she was very accommodating. They ask you specifics when you book your appointment (i.e. your preference for stone, budget, etc), and Vanessa really kept to our budget. It was overall an excellent experience, and Im definitely coming back to look at more and order my ring!

When I started the process of designing an engagement ring for my fiancé I knew she wanted a unique and non traditional ring but wasnt exactly sure what that meant. And then I met Julio. He explained the different types of stones and made helpful suggestions on the style. He was patient with me throughout the process as I changed my mind several times. The ring he created turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My fiancé absolutely loved it and described it as the perfect ring that she never knew existed. This place is amazing! Had an appointment here to pick out engagement ring, its small but intimate so you never feel rushed or pushed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all questions, comparisons, etc. Love the fact that it is all conflict free diamonds and recycled metals so they are better for the Earth. Ended up with a platinum willow and matching wedding band and a lab created diamond which is so beautiful I stare it it constantly. Couldnt have asked for a better jewelry store experience!

Not only did they help me find the best band for my diamond, but they were able to help me with finding the correct diamond for my ring. We absolutely love the ring, love the size, love the quality.
