Amazing showroom with hundreds of gorgeous, high-quality, diamond and gold pieces!!! This jewelery shop has a "family" vibe to it as most of the people who work there have been around for several years. I just love that about this store, I really trust them. When i go to buy something, i know they will take care of me; and when i drop off an item for repair, cleaning, or re-setting, i can rest assure my personal belongings are in good hands (this is rare to say about a jewelery store in the greater valley region so i truly pride them on their honesty and integrity). I met Jean Pierre about 15 years ago when the store used to be called Diamond & Jewelry Gallery. After years of working in sales, Jean Pierre took over the sore, renovated and expanded it, and renamed it "Jean Pierre Jewelers". Its still located on the corner of Canoga and Ventura in Woodland Hills. My father bought my mothers wedding ring from Jean Pierre, and my husband bought mine from him as well. He even gave us a great deal when we needed to get a few appraisals for insurance purposes (if you get 2 written appraisals he will give you a discount!). I couldnt be happier with Jean Pierre Jewelers. Both JP and the staff have surpassed my expectations over and over again. Thanks JP for being so trustworthy and reliable throughout all these years. This is the place to go for all your jewelry needs. Whether youre buying, selling, need a jewelry repaired, upgraded, appraised, or if you want to inquire about an item you have, they will take care of you in a timely and affordable manner.

I bought my wifes engagement ring at Jean Pierre Jewelers and I couldnt have been happier. At first I was intimidated by the security, but once I got through the two sets of secure doors I couldnt have been more comfortable. J.P patiently went through all my options with me and helped me make a choice I was comfortable with. I visited a couple different jewelers during my hunt, and J.P Jewelers had by far the widest selection of options in my price range. They werent pushy at all and had more high quality diamonds than anyone else I visited. Though their prices werent rock bottom, I was frustrated when I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for at other places. Ultimately I felt comfortable buying such an expensive item from them because they were very professional, not pushy at all, and had such a wide selection that I could choose exactly what I was looking for without compromising in one area or another. Since purchasing the ring their service has been excellent. They resized the ring and cleaned it at no cost. They gave us a discount on our wedding bands. They even repaired another piece of 22K jewelry we were given as a present quickly and with no hassle at all. I have to say after visiting so many sketchy jewelry stores, I had no idea how much Id appreciate how comfortable I feel when Im at Jean Pierre Jewelers. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Jean Pierre Jewelers are my local Woodland Hills jewelers!! They make the most unforgettable and unique custom jewelery pieces at such affordable prices. J.P. sat down with us and asked me what i envisioned for my engagement ring, he was able to sketch it out, and bring it to life a few weeks later! They have this amazing program called the CAD_CAM computer software where they are able to show you the ring you designed in a 3D image, you can even turn it in all different directions to get an exact idea of how the ring will look. I added micropave diamonds to the basket and small sparkly diamonds all around the band! Jean Pierre Jewelers was able to bring my dream engagement ring to life!!! I really couldnt be happier with it. This is the place to go for diamond jewelery, especially if you want to customize and design your dream ring because you cant find it anywhere!! They are very reasonable with prices, my husband and i were shocked that my ring didnt cost more. Thank you Jean Pierre Jewelers for your time, patience, honesty, and for creating my custom engagement ring in less than 3 weeks!!! Love this place!!

Stopped in to have a bracelet repaired and noticed a unique diamond snake ring. Since my partner had lost a smaller diamond and ruby snake ring several months earlier while washing her hands in Tavern on the Green (dont ask), I thought this piece would be much harder to lose because of its size and sparkle. Days later, while we were retrieving her repaired bracelet, I inquired about the snake ring. Somewhat surprisingly, it fit her finger perfectly and my partner loved the ring -- but wanted ruby eyes, rather than diamond eyes. No problem, ruby eyes were installed 3 days later at no additional cost. Unfortunately, within a month she proceeded to catch the ring in a filing cabinet (I didnt ask how, did I) and bent its tail. Back to JP, where its been repaired at no cost. I consider this the best jewelry store I have found -- and Ive bought a lot of jewelry all around the world in the last 50 years. Unique pieces, fair prices, a fun sales team, and an accomplished jeweler all add up to an excellent buying experience. This deserves to be the last jewelry store you visit.

FINALLY, i have found an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable jeweler who has impeccable taste! I went to Jean Pierre Jewelers diamond jewelry auction a few months ago and couldnt believe how reasonable my husband and i got my diamond engagement ring for. We were searching high and low for a beautiful cushion cut halo diamond ring that is high quality but still within a reasonable price, low and behold this was the place to buy it. I am more than in love with my engagement ring and i cant believe after all our time searching, Jean Pierre Jewelers had exactly what i wanted for a very fair price. I am actually going back TODAY for their Valentines Day Jewelry Auction. Trust me, if there is any time to buy jewelry its during their auctions! I had a wonderful experience wedding ring shopping at Jean Pierre Jewelers. My fiance and i were initially very nervous and concerned that we werent going to find something we love for the price we were looking to spend. JP and Sadie both were so understanding of our budget. They showed us so many different rings, loose diamonds, and engagement ring settings. I was blown away with the selection!! My fiance and i narrowed it down to our top 3 favorites and ended up going with the classically beautiful cushion cut halo diamond engagement ring. I have never been so in love, its gorgeous!!! I live in Calabasas and went to Jean Pierre Jewelers in Woodland Hills to purchase a gorgeous pair of diamond studs. I had been looking for the perfect pair of diamond stud earrings for a long time and never found the right pair. Jean Pierre had so many different styles to pick from.... round diamond, square diamonds, pear shaped, and several others. All of the earrings were so sparkly and clean. I have to admit i had a hard time deciding which i wanted to take home with me! I chose the classic round diamond earring studs. They are gorgeous!!!!! I wear them every single day, and not a day goes by that i dont get a complement on them. I love them because they match everything and i wear them casual, fancy, and professional. Thanks for my favorite earrings yet. I loveeeeeee them!!!!!
