At first he seems very honest, but i had given him a ring to make (my engagemnt ring of all things!), I didnt hear from him for a while called and apparently the molding for the ring broke and it was going to take longer than expected. Didnt call to let me know. So when i finally get the ring. Its missing some stuff. He had drew a picture and wrote notes on how he was going to do it so I showed him and he said OK I will fix it but that if I didnt like the next one (not that i didnt like this one but it was WRONG) that he would have to charge me. So i gave him my ring and didnt hear from him for a while so I called. Said it would be done that weekend. Called to confirm that weekend then said no it will be done this up coming weekend, So i called to confirm again that weekend and he said no it will be done Monday. I said But arent you closed on Mondays and he said Oh ill call you (it had been a month). Two weeks before my wedding. SO once again after not hearing from him. I call on Tuesday and he says to come Thursday and pick it up. I called Thursday and He said it will be here tomorrow. I received a call Friday that it was done and that my balance would be 890! I was like WHAT? So now i have to go down there and tell him that NO, it was suppose to be done this way in the first place and that he said if I didnt like this one i would have to pay next time. I dont like arguing with the elderly but i have no idea what to do. I think he is swindling me.

I am very sorry but I can not agree with all of these reviews. I once gave Denny a gold bracelet to repair and after not hearing from him for over two weeks I called to inquire about my bracelet and he tells me that he has no bracelet of mine. So I took him the claim slip he gave me when I dropped of the bracelet and he still denied ever receiving the bracelet. I tried to refresh his memory by reminding him that my husband had purchased from him and bracelet with a string of hearts and he recalled the sale put claimed he never received my bracelet for repair. What can you do. It was my husband and my word again him. I calked it up as my loss and maybe it was an insulated incident but when I got back to my office and told the girls in the office one girl said that her family had been going to him for years but she stopped because on several occasions Denny mislead her in several transactions she had with him. I can not trust him to be honest so I just cant go to him anymore. Be care if you want to continue to do business with him.

I had bracelets cut smaller. I was advised that 7" is typical. I said ok. When I picked them up, I thought they were too big, but I said Id live with them and see how I like them. I wasnt told until I picked the up that the 7" does not include the length of the clasp and then I was told "if I was here I would have told you". I felt intimidated by the person at the jewelry counter as I was criticized for staring at my wrist thinking about if the length was too long. Subsequently, I decided that I wanted them shorter. I was told that Id be charged again, as the Jeweler would charge them again. Isnt Danny the Jeweler, the owner? I was told if I had decided to send them back the same day I picked them up, there was no charge. I wasnt told this the day I picked them up either and it wasnt my fault. So I have to pay twice for the same 2 bracelets!

I cant understand the negative replies. I have dealt with Denny for 20 years now. I wont go anywhere else. I moved 50 miles away from him and I still return there anytime I need jewelry. He has always supplied me with everything I need and at a better price than I can get anywhere else. I have had a lot of custom work done by him and have never been unhappy.

He offers excellent pricing, has always been honest and gives each customer individual attention, which may at times take some time but absolutely worth the wait. We would not think of going to anyone else for our needs.

So rude. Asked what there prices were to resize a ring and the response was really rudely "of course we do, we are a jewelry shop".... I am shopping around to get a vintage ring resized and then to have a custom engagement ring made and from the 30 seconds I spent on the phone, it is a definent no.
