I was there to pickup a dozen assorted donuts and wanted to scout some donuts that I could get in the future. I asked for a sample, they denied me citing it is privately owned and they stopped giving samples. Yet they have a Hot Light ON, why advertise that you are giving samples when in reality you are only baiting people to walk into you establishment. I got Lemon, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Iced Custard varieties. Donuts were a little bit stale! For a place that makes them 5 feet away, they couldnt serve me fresh! Filling was bad, too acidic and absolutely no real fruits. No small strawberry chunks, no raspberry seeds, everything felt artificial. The sugar powder on top of the donuts was too diluted with starch. I understand that you dont want to put sugar and have it cake/clamp, but you dont dilute the powdered sugar so that it barely tasted sweet! If the donuts were fresh, the filling wasnt a cheap artificial knockoff, and I was offered a free sample I would have kept coming back for weeks! Price: $9.99 per assorted dozen. WILL NOT COME BACK THERE AGAIN!

This place is ridiculous... I had this coupon and she refused to do it, Im trying to ask her why before she brutally interupts me... The other people are pretty nice I have to say, But that manager Gwena has to go... She thinks shes all that but what shes actually doing is drawing away customers... She didnt Ben look at the deal before she refused to do it... So as she was being so rude the only thing holding me back from slapping her across her face was because I got my stuff together... So I then brought my mother in and I guess she got scared and then made up some lie about why she dont want to do it, So Im not sure if I will be back at that place she got some real cleaning up to do attitude wise... Oh yeah and so we asked for her name but she was trying to be slick and not give it to us.. So she tried to hide her name tag but guess what... The recipes got her name on it... So yeah, Watch out for that manager GWENA

Krispy Kreme is a really convenient doughnut store! Its open 24 hours at the drive through so whenever you feel like doughnuts its just a drive away! When the inside store is open, you can get a free sample and you can see the spectacular machine that makes the original glazed doughnuts! Looks like dreams and happiness being made right in front of you. If dreams was able to be eaten! They have specialty doughnuts about every month or two which usually is really good. They have cake batter which was so popular, they left it on the menu. This month is the delicious reeses doughnut which come with soft and moist chocolate with a peanut butter filling topped with peanuts! If you are watching your figure, this place is definitely not for you!!!! Share a whole doughnut with someone! or you will be hating yourself in the mirror

Im not a huge fan of KKD, but the warm glazed rings of perfection are a weakness. When Im in the area and the neon light catches my eye Im almost a bug to its.....light.....uhm....Im distracted now by the thought of it. So perhaps this review is more for the glazed rings of umami delight. They are the draw. This store is as unremarkable as the rest of the stores in the strip mall. Its clean, the service is passable and the quality of the product is edible but nothing to write home about. Except for the little tan glazed Ohs of joy. They bring me back almost every time.

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts but the UC store would not honor my Groupon. The doughnuts are very expensive over $20 for 2 dozen. I can not afford to buy them without a coupon. The manager was very rude wanted to charge regular price for assorted and the donut holes. Evidently all franchise are independently owned and can make up their own rules. This has forced me to go to the Automall store but not as convenient no drive thru or open 24 hrs. I am very upset and cant believe this is how they treat their customers.

today is my baby boys birthday I went to this place and asked for the free doughnut for my sons 1st. day. I was going to buy other items but she refused to give me the glazed dough nut. she was rude and acted as if I were asking for something impossible. .everyone knows kk gives out birthday doughnut. its at the managers discretion . they have lost my business forever.

Very poor service. I tried calling 4 times to order 12 dozen donuts for an elementary school event. Was put on hold for 15 minutes once before I hung up. Tried calling back and the phone rang for 7 more minutes before I gave up. While slightly farther, Ill go to the one in Pinole - seems to have much better service.

I came here for a doughnut on National Doughnut Day and they made a mistake on my order... so they gave me two free doughnuts to make up for it. The staff was kind and courteous even with a packed house and a line literally out the door. They are amazing. Do yourself a favor and check them out

Bought a Groupon for 2 dozen glazed donuts! I paid an extra $2 to get an assorted dozen. The lines are pretty long around 7pm. I find the assorted donuts to be too sweet for me due to the fillings. The Christmas donuts are super cute though!

When this Krispy Kreme first opened, we were in heaven, but thr quality of service and donuts has really diminished over the past few years. Now you wait for an expensive donut that is more than likely stale.

Love the doughnuts. Plenty of parking in this parking lot shared with other retail. Drive thru available. Wish they would offer a free one like they did when it first opened.

I always come to this location and never have any issues but today I had the worst experience the oldest lady working here is very rude. Im not coming here again.

Awesome doughnuts!! For sure a perfect late night/early morning snack! Definitely the place to go in east bay 24 hours a day!!
