BEWARE they will hold your mail hostage and if you dont comply. I had an account with the previous owners. After I closed my account and moved away, The new owner called me and said if I wanted my mail forwarded I would have to pay the entire amount of the time I was there again because they cant find records of payment. i refuse to pay a bill I had already paid, and they reported false information to a credit reporting and kept my mail, including checks. and I left a 25.00 deposit for forwarding. Best bet for mail protection, is go around the corner and get a p.o. box at the post office. p.s.The reason they have no records of cash payments, not jsut mine, is that they were not recording it, you know, for tax evading purposes.

I went to this location to drop off prepaid UPS packages twice recently. Both times one of the older female employees wrote my phone number down on the package I wanted sent out. I asked if she covered up the phone number before sending out the package to which she said "no". I asked her to cover up my phone number as I didnt want my number available to anyone who handles the UPS package. She smirked at me then grunted and as I walked away made a certain hand gesture towards me. I will absolutely not be going back to this store as clearly its employees are disrespectful and incompetent.

I used Holes in the wall to ship a dead drive back to the manufacturer under warranty. It was a one stop service because they had everything I needed, and knew what to do to get it out the door in a friendly manner. It should be noted that they actually have chairs for accommodating the disabled while we get served, which cant be said for ANY of the other shipping stations in town. The experience was enjoyable enough, that my wife and I use them as our preferred faxing and utility bill paying station.

Got a mail box never used it. I closed the box and returned the keyes; they sent me someone elses mail and never refunded the 8 months I had due back.
