This is our second child to go on a field trip here. First time was good...my complaint is about the gift shop and the product they sold my son. First problem is that my son purchased items and a receipt was not given to him. Second, the item he purchased was repackaged up with a strip of tape, obviously it had been opened and instead of taking it off the shelve it was taped back up and put out for sale. Third when we opened the package all the way back in Elk Grove, not so close to your business, the item is broken. It does not work. My son spend $10.00 for a non working item. When someone found it out of the package, it should have been checked to see if it worked. Lastly, Im a little confused as to why this item was aloud to be sold to my 11 year old son, when it clearly states next to your price tag that this item is intended for children 14 years and older. I feel that your business took advantage of my child, your cashier obviously knew the package wasnt right, but continued to sell it to him instead of being honest. Bad customer service!!!
