Ive been a Sprint customer since I got my first cell phone in 2002. At one point the customer service was so bad I was willing to pay several hundred dollars to switch to another carrier. That was before I went to this store. I have been to several Sprint stores over the years, both company and franchise stores, until I found this one. This is the only store I go to now. Ive been here several times for various things from adding lines, upgrading phones and fixing phones. Randy Lim was my first and most consistent contact, his service the first time I came in is the reason I kept coming back. He was attentive to the issue I was having (I forget what it was now), found and implemented a solution that worked and didnt try to sell me anything. I was impressed because Id been to another company store with the same issue and they werent able to resolve it but they were eager to try to sell me a new phone. Since then Ive worked with the rest of the crew as well but, if possible, I try to work with Randy. Two critical things impress me about this store: the service is excellent, usually I can quickly resolve any issues I have with my phone or my service, and they do everything they can to save the customer money. Randy consistently goes above and beyond to identify an angle to qualify me for as many incentives and discounts as possible when Im adding lines or upgrading phones. Ive heard other members of the team do the same for their customers in the store, which speaks very well for the management of #ArchTelecom. If youre looking to save some money, this is the store for you. If youre looking for an excellent customer service experience, this is the store for you.

I cant believe theres no rating less than one star. I absolutely hate this place with a passion. If your sprint phone has a problem and your only resort is going to this place, I suggest you throw your phone out and go get with a different carrier. Not only do you have to wait for 30 minutes on a tuesday to get any kind of help from their bored to death staff, but they actually dont do their job! I asked a member to put my line on hold two months ago and they said they did it. Come next month, they charged me for the line so I went to this store again and I asked what had happened. She said itll take an extra month to sort things out. Another month passes and still Im getting charged. It turns out that she didnt put my line on standby at the first time! And no one could do anything except apologize and say that I have to be charged another month extra so I can start paying the regular price two months from now. Very disappointed.

This sprint store is hands down the BEST one ever because of its employees. My family and I have been coming here over the past couple of years whenever we needed to change our plan, activate a phone etc. and the customer service is always GREAT! We went in because it was the closest store at the time. Now we have moved and I still go out of my way to handle our Sprint business at this location. A couple of employees that I have worked with and love how knowledable they are is Ralph (he might be a manager) and Skyler. Another guy, Marcus was great too. I was just in on Saturday and it looks like he may have moved to another store. In any case, I have always hated going into the store because it seemed like a hassle and I didnt want to be sold a bunch of extra stuff, but not here. They have always sat and helped take care of whatever we were there for and made sure we were on the best plan.

The best experience that I have ever had at a mobile phone store. First, hats off to Raj and Jessica for their excellent customer service. They made our switch from T-mobile an easy and a pain free experience. I really felt their sincere desire to make sure that my family and I left the store happy and remain that way. Not only did we save money by switching, Raj helped us make some extra money that will significantly offset the price of the phones that we purchased. I believe star of the whole experience was Jessica. She applied a tempered glass screen protector on my phone and the next day it came off a little. I went back the next day and she applied a new screen at no charge and encouraged me to come back if it ever comes off again. If I could give this place ten stars I would. If you end up coming here ask for Raj and Jessica to help you.

My phone was giving me problems, went to Tustin store. We have insurance on our phones, so I didnt think their would be a problem. The girl helping me broke my phone cover and did nothing about it and neither did the manager when told. They started looking at the phone for literally an hour and said they will send it in and a new one will be sent back to them and I could pick it up. My husband clearly stated if not new we didnt want it. It was so obvious the phone was not new and when I asked the manager looked me straight in the face and lied. Now the 2nd USED one is acting up and they want me to go through this again or buy out our contract. I dont know who to dispise more, Samsung, manager that lied to me or the asian girl who broke my phone cover that cost me an arm and a leg..... A bunch of crooks

The experience I had at this Sprint store is honestly the best. Jessica help me with the issues I was having. She was very pleasant and helpful. I will be coming back to this store anytime I have a problem, even if I live in Anaheim, the drive is worth the service I got there. :) Thanks to Jessica for making this visit a great and easy one.

I came in tonight to have my new note 8 set up. I was referred to Raj. Not only did he take care of transferring all my info from my note 4, but he took the time to show me where everything was and set up my email accounts! Totally went above and beyond for me! I will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family!

Great Service been going to this store for last 5years, I have my all friends and family switch from different carrier to Sprint just because of the service they been providing. If you are in the market to buy or switch your mobile service you should go and talk to their one of customer service agent, I would highly recommend

Went to return their router and told me that I would have to take it to a corporate store. So, I drove another 5 miles just to be told that returns need to be done by mail.
