Words cannot describe the dirt and filth in this store. Layers of dust on the product and under racks. The carpet was held in place with tape and was so worn it was rippled. What a trip hazard for an elderly person or disabled. Staff is poorly trained in customer service and lines are long. My lovely cashier had a nicer attitude for the person on the phone than me. She was more interested in telling what time she was off work and what plans she had over the phone than to assist with my purchase. Heaven forbid she help the customers waiting in line. My advice... drive farther to a nicer cleaner store with staff that wants your business.

Incompetent staff prefers gossip to helping customers. Given that none of them are able to do anything on their own without asking someone else for help youd think this would be a good thing. But they pair up to maximize inefficiency. Also, the selection is terrible. The only thing they seem to have plenty of in stock are strongly scented things which mask the stores awful smell (which is evident on the end away from cinnamon pine cones).

This is my favorite Jo-Ann location. The employees here are so friendly and helpful! They are always in great spirit! They actually take an intetest in what youre making and get excited! They are also very helpful! This location is small and has a cozy feel. Its never crowded and has awesome finds!!! I live closer to the Ontario location, but I travel to this La Verne location. It is simply the best!

They just finished remodeling and reorganizing the store, and it looks great! Ive only met friendly staff there so far. Its a little on the small side, but has a good selection of the basics, from what Ive seen. Ill definitely be going back.

Its on the smaller side so not as big a selection in any department as most JoAnns. The staff is nice though, so if youre just needing the essentials itll do just fine.

Found what I needed, however the color selection is a little limited in special occasion fabric. They also seem a little short staffed. But over all was okay
