I really like the quality of the goods and produce found at the store. I would like to give the hot food bar and dining area two stars - dirty and depressing. Arrived at the hot bar around 5:30 PM on a Monday night; maybe that was the problem but the food already looked as if it had been sitting for sometime with the main curry vegetable tray and other items were almost empty. The selection was vegetarian but limited. Salad bar looked good and fresh. The dining area was a little disheveled with the tabletops having crumbs, smears, spills and used items. Maybe another day.

This is a normal wine country specialty store. Lots of wine and cheese and hot food with salad and olive bar. We have one in every town in Napa and Sonoma. The food is good but expensive. Its where you go to get certain things, but definitely not to shop for normal groceries. Btw they sell very small cheese sample sizes from when they cut it off the block and its too small. Its a great way to try some nice cheeses without buying a whole wedge.

Awesome worker-run local market with great options for healthy eating. Santa Rosa store is the only strictly vegetarian/vegan grocery store in Sonoma county. The Sebastopol store includes a hot bar offering dishes that are cooked from scratch and a beer garden that also offers four Biotic Beverage Kvass flavors on tap.

Loved staying across the street from this market during our stay in Sebastopol. Wonderful selections for lunch and dinner (hot and cold). And we bought enough breakfast fixings for the fridge in our hotel room. The Community Market reminds us very much of our local food coop in Albuquerque, NM, La Montanita Food Coop.

Community Market has provided West County a great option to the other grocery stores. The staff is helpful and I always find them kind and available with a smile. They source locally raised meats along with other Sonoma County based products that you wont find at Whole Foods.

This is one of my favorite places, good healthy food on the hot bar at very fair prices, great local beer on tap in a relaxing environment, not to mention the store itself and its location in the Barlow that offers plenty of great shops, food, wine tasting etc.

This is a strange place to shop. It certainly fits the Sebastopol mix with lots of healthy choices but for a day to day grocery experience, its sort of hit and miss. There is some exceptional farm fresh meat. (Way friendlier then Whole Foods)
