WHAT A MESS!!! I have been waiting for this store to open and I was so excited yesterday to see that it was open. Walked in and woo I was so disappointed. They took a long time to rebuild it and everything was brand new but as soon as I walked in the door there were shoes EVERYWHERE all over the floor, clothes all off the rack piles on other displays. Nothing on the shelves where they should be. Broken merchandise on the floors. Wow the Walmart next door is more organized. What a shame!! Having a Ross in my area was something I was looking forward to, I guess i will continue to go to the Bayfair or Alameda stores. Fail please get organized and clean up that horrible mess.

Besides the dirty ass customers opening up everything throwing items on the ground like no one else might not want to purchase that item Ross need to throw these customers out the building because theyre not buying anything but just destroying items and that would definitely make a better shopping experience at Ross with dirty ass customers getting exported out the building

I love Ross & hope this one improves (cant get any worse lol) but as of today, the racks have little on them & the place is a frikin mess already. I dont think one bra or underwear was in the right size area. The cosmetic section is pathetic .cant even access the luggage. Cmon Ross, get it together!!! Why bother having a designer section w 5 pieces of. clothing in it?!
