On Wednesday I called to see if my order had arrived. The lady that answered my call said yes so I asked her what time do they open Friday she said were closed Friday, I said you guys cant possibly be closed Friday, its Black Friday! She insisted that they werent open & began getting very rude with me. I asked what her name was & she hung up on me. I have never been treated by any retailer in this manner & I most definitely will be going there to personally file a complaint about this rude employee they need to get rid of. No one should have to deal with this type of behavior.

I like to come here when they have their huge sales, and I can stock up on a bunch of weather items Ill need to keep warm. They always have coupons that will help you save a lot of money. The staff are really cool and always asks if you need help. They dont have a lot of clothes that I would buy to wear on a regular daily basis but they have good sleepwear items.

I use to have a crush on JCP when the whole makeover came into play. But as time went and they lost their hip CEO, the cool luster started disappearing. They were progressing so well and boom! All cute stuff stopped showing up. I buy way less now than before. The crush was just a crush and now its over.

7.19.2016 Horrible customer service! Waited in line 25 minutes just to have the associate assist the couple behind me because they were in a hurry. So, apparently my time meant nothing to them! Needless to say I did not complete my purchase.

Tried calling literally 20 times to find out if they have a big and tall department so I dont drive all the way there for nothing, and not a single department answered their phone. WTF?
