I believe napas are independently owned and operated so service varies. I started going to this location when I moved nearby. The service is good and the parts guys do me right. I have never had to return anything so I cant review that. Sometimes I feel some of the general supply (at all napas including this one) items are a little pricey. Minor complaint: I asked for a referral to a place to get a front wheel bearing pressed and when I called I was quoted $40. [I understand this is not an "official" napa service] I went to my regular mechanic (he does work that I dont feel like doing - like the fuel pump, etc) and he did it for $20. Make sure referrals are charging fair prices - after all they are getting the referral for free vs having to advertise for business. Minor complaint #2: the parking lot is tiny but there is usually a spot open so no big deal. Otherwise, I like this location and the employees - keep up the good work and keep my car running great!
