My husband and I moved to Rancho Cucamonga in fall of 2009. We visited several stores, including Albertsons, Vons, and 2 other Ralphs locations. This one by far has surpassed them all! Weve been shopping here for all of our groceries every week for more than 6 months now. The prices are great, and the coupons & discounts for being a Ralphs Rewards member are great- weve cut our grocery bill in half several times, and have literally saved hundreds by shopping here instead of Vons or Albertsons. The food is high quality and they have everything I need in stock every time. The customer service is wonderful, everyone is very helpful. Ive returned bad meat and gotten a replacement free and still been able to use a coupon on the purchase, plus they give you points for bringing reusable bags. Bonus points are paid out in cash coupons! I also use the pharmacy to get more rewards points, and recently the pharmacist spent a long time with me, even after closing time, to find me a discount on my expensive medication. I came away with a savings card that reduced the cost of my meds from $70 to $25 a month, thanks to her helpfulness! Other Rancho Ralphs stores (Baseline&Haven, Day Creek) do not have nearly as good customer service. I would definitely recommend this store if you want to save money and have a pleasant shopping experience!

This store is a maze. They hide basic components at the four corners of the place, forcing you to cross the entire building 8 times for the most basic ingredients. Add to this the fact that the signs are useless and that none of the isles are laid based on any recognizable pattern. You know a store needs to work on their layout when trying to find something as simple as minced garlic takes half an hour and two of their staff. Basically, this stores layout will add 30 minutes to an hour to your shopping trip.

I come here two or three times a week. The prices are great the costumer services is almost like they are family. They remember your likings and if you ask for something and they dont have it in the store that day they are sure to tell you is on stock the moment you come back. Is a great grocery store. I will be coming back for a long time.

I live in Oregon but work (for the next months) in Rancho Cucamonga. I shop primarily at this Ralphs for groceries. I prefer to cook than go out to eat - produce selection is important to me, and Ralphs is very good. I am very satisfied with their selection, prices, and staff.

This is the worst store in Rancho. The managers are very uptight. The cashiers act as if they are doing you a favor. This place is a Zoo. Let the monkeys out of the cage.
