This place is run by the greatest set of people ever. I was on my way to San Jose and my vehicle overheated with my wife and child in the car. Not only did they diagnose the problem they fixed it themselves in the parking lot. They even discounted the parts. They then refused tips as its "just something we do if we have the time". Go to these guys. Theyre amazing.

This isnt your regular run of the mill box car parts store. These guys know their stuff! The knowledge the staff has is vast. Theyve been able to find parts the dealership wasnt able to find, and the prices were amazing! The store was organized and full of everything a car owner would ever need! I highly recommend Monument Car Parts over any other parts store.

Eric went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out on a holiday when all other shops were closed. Its nice to know that some local shops are still out there that provide superior customer service, even when Im only spending $40 on a part. Convenient location, but would have been worth driving out of the way to support this store. Great job, Eric!
