Great quality food and ingredients that come with an expensive price tag. If youre looking for high quality meat or harder to find items, Whole Foods will usually have them in stock. I love the selection of organic fruits and veggies. This location is a bit smaller than the monster sized store in Cupertino but I havent had any issues finding items. Though downtown PA can get a bit crowded, you can usually find parking in the lot across the street. Dont forget your re-useable bag! BAKERY: If you are a chocolate fan, you absolutely must try the double chocolate rubicon cake. Its reasonably priced and is one of the most delectable chocolate items I have ever consumed. Moist, butter, rich, chocolate heaven. The fruit tarts and toffee cookies are also musts. HOT ITEM BAR: The sweet potato polenta is addicting but I wish it wasnt so heavy. I try to avoid WF for lunch as its been nicknamed "whole paycheck" by some of my coworkers.

Good smell from the soap bar when you walk in , good store layout, three entrances , there Is comfortable seating and eating area with water , cups, forks , spoons, Napkins available ; big Windows and good lighting. I enjoy and feel relax in the store. Everything you need are so easy to reach. Store size is good , not too small or too big . Store is at the corner which I like; Big parking; people are freindly busy store. Except, both restrooms doors are poor condition and they are dirty and hard to close. I hope whole food will improve it asap because I go there pretty often.

I shop here because its right down the street. Overall, most of the products are great. On several occasions, I have bought produce that was bad and bread that got moldy in a couple of days. Most of the employees are friendly but some just obviously dont want to be there. I am sure its not easy providing customer service in an area where most people are in rush. On several occasions, I was charged incorrectly so please look at your receipts.

Went and bought some dressing and it expired the day we bought it. I called them and they said that we needed to come in with a receipt and the product to get a refund. They didnt even care to know what the product was (Im sure there was more that were expired). Sorry...Im not going to drive to Whole Foods just to get $4.50 back. For the price that you pay to shop here, the customer services should be much better.

Twice this year Ive seen small cockroaches in the bakery department - few months ago on a cookie and recently in the package of a loaf of bread. I informed the staff both times and they removed the croaches and the contaminated food, but it seems more needs to be done. Otherwise, Whole Foods offers organic produce and at a convenient location in downtown Palo Alto. I go there every week. Just avoid the bakery!

Its only ok for a Whole Foods. Very small isles and way too crowded. Small parking lot. Smells very strongly of seafood in half to a third of the store. Management is terrible. One time I bought wine and opened it and it had obviously gone bad. The manager took it from me served the employees in the back room and came back to give me a half drunk bottle of wine and said - we loved it. No refund. Wow.

No es de los Whole Foods más grandes, pero tiene todo lo necesario, incluidas dos o tres barras de comida caliente y fría a peso y muchos platos preparados. Hay mesas para comer allí mismo.

Friendly staff! I got a great help to choose a very fresh and yummy watermelon a few days ago. My reusable containers are always welcomed to get tares and really helping me to reach the "zero-waste" lifestyle. I wish the shop is a little more spacious, but, you know, it is at the middle of Palo Alto.

Super helpful customer service, theyve told me both how to save on certain purchases and skip the lines. The customers at this location are pretty rude, but that seems to be the general attitude of people shopping in Palo Alto, and in no way reflects on anything the store itself could do to improve.

Watch your receipt. I have had double charges various times I have been there. Some of them must be intentional (4 items bought and they double charge one of them!). Quality of the prepared food no as good as other Whole Foods stores (cut fruits 3 days old! ... seriously Whole Foods?)

Not a foodie? Dont like cramped aisles? Not a fan of parking in crowded lots full of really expensive cars? Ok, were on the same page. But if you need a specialty item (at a price) this is the place youll probably find it. And staff are nice, when accessible.

Small like all the stores in PA, but they really pack in the products. Employees are friendly and theres a large parkinglot across the st. Also plenty of bike racks out front with nice little seating area. Definitely worth a look for your cooking needs.

Whole Foods Palo Alto - The White Fish Fillet on hot food bar is a disaster. Dry as cardboard. Dont even think about getting it, even if it looks good. They replaced my money and bought me a new lunch BUT todays lunch is now history.

a great place to shop for home cooking or to get ready made items of course at a price. i love the store and wish i made more money to be able to shop here exclusively. some items are a good value in my opinion.

No idea why people ever come here given the prices and the non-matching quality. A lot of hype is put on this place. I save the fish stand that tends to be good. So go there buy fish and go away for other shores.

Whole Foods has the highest quality produce outside of the farmers market. They have the wides selection of natural foods and other products. This place is the bomb and I eat here almost every day for lunch!~

Standard Whole Foods, great healthy food, clean store, well organized, slightly higher prices than discount counterparts, not as big as the Santa Clara location, lots of parking in the underground structure.

Whole foods, while slightly pricey, has a wide variety of groceries. I find things there that I dont find anywhere else. For example they have cheeses from around the world that I can only find there.

This is an older store so its smaller than most with tight sections. The hot foods served there could be better! The people working there are nice. Usually you can find what you need there.

Melody at Whole Body is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond to answer questions and share what she knows. And she draws my business to the rest of the store.
