We would stop here frequently on our way to Ontario Reign games for the sandwich special. Usually its been good service and good food. This time was probably my last time. Girl starts speaking to me in Spanish, which I do not look Hispanic in any way. I order my sandwich, it took longer than normal to get and it was the hot sandwich with avocado instead of the cold sandwich I ordered. Didnt bother to try to have them fix it. I scrapped off the avocado and ate it.

Just try to get from ur car to the entrance without being mobbed for change by the soiled and oily. They are truly a miserable lot, many seem dangerously insane. Once inside service slows when someone asks for something exotic, like a smoothie. Seriously, do not go there early morning. Bad vibe.

I dont hate it but i went in and the customer service skill sucked i just wanted to buy a coffee and doughnut and leave. I went all happy to buy something and was disappointed with the workers i was waiting for like 3 minutes and nobody helped me and there was no customers at all but me!!!!!

The donuts I brought on a Friday about 9:30 pm were horrible. I saw their sign off the 10 fwy so I got off on 4th street to try them out. Boy was that a mistake. The donuts didnt taste fresh at all, in fact, they were awful. Do yourself a favor, dont stop there, go somewhere else.

the donuts are excellent but the thing that bothers me the most is the most is they have very few tables &: when they have alot of employees dont work they just sit and take two tables I have 40 mins . here and they dont even get up and work .

Excellent donuts! Light and fluffy. Not greasy or oily like most places and they are fast. Definitely stop by here to pick up a dozen donuts for the office or family!
