If I could, Id give this store NO STARS! The manager here treated me so unfairly, Im complaining to his supervisor. I was taking my time, browsing the store, when he offered to give me a basket. I politely refused because I didnt need one. He then told me I had to leave my tote on the front because it was TOO big!! There were other customers who had bigger bags than mine, but I didnt see them being asked to leave them at the front. AND he saw me when I came in, why didnt he say something then? So I decided to put everything back in their respective shelf and go to another VP Discount store. But did it all end there? NO!! The pseudo-manager decided my purse needed to be inspected in case Id stolen his precious merchandise. IDK if it was racism, prejudice, or if hes just a judgmental douchebag, but I felt it was unfairly treated. Anyway, until I find another company like VP, Ill stick with it. Bit Ill for sure never set foot on the NoHo store.

The store is a nice enough store but as a customer and a marketing professional I cannot understand the logic in this but...this store wont give out prices over the phone...they lady who answered the p[hone said it was their policy to make the customer come to the store to know the prices. WHAT?!!!WHO CAME UP WITH THAT IDIOCY? SO...I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT THAT IT MUST BE LIKELY THAT THEY PRICES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAT OTHER RETAILERS OR THEY CANNOT COMPETE WITH ONLINE STORES SELLING THE SAME PRODUCTS...SO THE SOLUTION THEY CAME UP WITH IS BASICALLY GET YOU IN THE STORE AND HOPE THAT SINCE YOU CAME ALL THIS WAY THEN YOU WONT MIND PAYING MORE...HUH??? DUMB AF WHAT STORE DOESNT ADVERTISE THEIR PRICES?

Why anyone would ever go to GNC when this store exists is beyond me. The people here are so nice. I was interested in a product and asked if they had the single serving size so I could try it first. I was looking to buy a few, and he said hold on let me go look. He came back with a huge stack of them for me to try and said theyre samples and he wont take money for them. So nice here. He recommended a nice fish oil for me to take as well. Very attentive and kind!

The service people gab amongst each other when they need to be attending customers. The shelves are seldom restocked when low or out of products. I listened to another customer inform the staff that a product he needed was consistently out of stock, and rather than an apology and an "well try to do better" he was told a slew of lame, and not particularly believable excuses. How they stay in business I dont know.

Ive never had a problem with their staff, like other reviewers here. As a matter of fact, theyve always been helpful and friendly. They have a large selection of vitamins. Only complaint is that sometimes their grocery items are past their expiration date.
