You see it, you know its there, but can easily drive right by it if you are on Bison. Coming down the hill you have to turn at the light before it and coming up the hill you have to turn right between it and the building in front. Your standard Chevron, but its actually in a very quiet part of OC since its near the toll road. The intersections are busy, but the shopping center its in is pretty quiet. Its small as in not a ton of room to maneuver trucks with trailers. Its quiet. Could be cleaner. Whats weird if this was in Fountain Valley it would be really nice, but here its just average. Service of the clerks are ok, not really busy so I think they could use some work on their gift of gab. Its not as pricey as Newport or Costa Mesa just up the road and the Bison exit is the last before the tolls kick in if your going South from the 55. What more can I say, its a Chevron.

I visited this location twice in the same day (11/24/11) and had two completely different experiences. The AM crew was pleasant, efficient, and customer focused. During my PM visit (2:30ish), the barrista (the guy without glasses), failed to provide any level of customer service by essentially ignoring me. So...I am giving 5 stars to the "wake up crew" and 1 star to the barrista in the afternoon who made me feel like I was doing Starbucks a favor by spending nearly $4 bucks on a grande Americano.

Always clean and staff are friendly this is one of the better locations. Gas prices may not be as cheap as some other brands but I find the quality of as is better here and I get more bang for my buck.
