This store practices poor stunts, defrauding the general customer base. Let me explain, July 1st furniture went on sale 75% off on all furniture. No exceptions! We saw two items we liked, a patio furniture set and a China cabinet. We were told both were sold. Aww! Too bad for us. Following Monday we called to see if customer had picked up the patio furniture. No they had not! And we could come pick it up for 25% off (Not the 75% off - see what Im saying here?). The China cabinet was still there also. No surprise there I guess! Hah! Joe and his crew are running this denial of service to us, the customer on a regular basis which is a very poor representation of the Salvation Army.

This place has gone down the tubes! The people are rude to you when you ask them questions. The place smells moldy. When I visited last week, a customers dog was peeing on the furniture inside the store! They dont have much in kids clothes, they dont carry kids toys. The only good thing they have going for them is the organization they represent, but the people that work there dont represent the organization very well at all. It was so much better when they had their store in Westlake Village.

This location was recently remodeled a now sports dressing rooms and a bathroom. They also have daily deals unlike most other thrift stores. I still would recommend the goodwill across the freeway on Newbury road first - their staff is more friendly and welcoming than at this S.A.

Nice location, great items BUT... the prices on clothing could be a little weird... found a jacket that was priced 4$ less than retail & it was used. Now I understand why the 2$ day sales get so crazy, but stop in, you could possibly make a purchase

It has good deals from time to time and seniors discounts. It can be a bit expensive in the clothes at times, but on furniture you can wheel & deal!
