Attention All Dont Go to This Store The Reason is A Must Read Below.... Below is What Happend and what The Manager Did To A Hard Working Children.... DISCRIMNATED AGAINST, PROFILED, AND DISRESPECTED BY MANAGEMENT AND ASSOCIATES AT THIS CVS LOCATION. I have never been so disrespected by anyone in my whole entire life. Today, I decided to look around CVS to see if they carried one makeup item that I couldnt seem to find at any other drugstore. They ended up not having it, so my boyfriend and I decided to just simply leave empty handed... this is when all hell broke loose. As we were walking out, the associate at the front register YELLED at the top of her lungs to us while helping a customer saying, "SO DO YOU NEED ANY HELP?" Confused, we continued to walk out and my boyfriend answered that we were good and didnt need help. We walked over to our car, and I noticed someone following us and taking pictures of my boyfriend, my car, and me. As it is ILLEGAL to take pictures of customers without consent with a personal cell phone, my boyfriend opened the window and asked why she was taking pictures of us. She responded yelling, "BECAUSE YOU STOLE OUR MERCHANDISE!" WE WERE BEYOND CONFUSED BECAUSE WE DID NOT WALK OUT WITH ANYTHING EXCEPT WHAT WE WALKED IN WITH (my purse and my boyfriends wallet in his pocket). She demanded to see my bag, yet ANOTHER ILLEGAL ACTION. I pulled my bag out and she began to yell at me saying that was not the same purse I had in the store (WHAT????) and it began to click that she was ACCUSING US WITHOUT PROOF, she was a Caucasian woman either racially discriminating us or age discriminating us. I told her she could look in my car to look for "the purse we had in the store". She demanded yet again to see my bag so my boyfriend and I got out of the car to show her my bag which literally had 4 items in it (my mini makeup bag, gum, my wallet, and Advil). After looking in it she began to say, "I dont need to see your purse." WHAT???? My boyfriend showed his pockets that only had his wallet and keys and showed her the contents of his wallet. WE HAD NOT STOLEN ONE THING, nor have I ever stolen anything in my life! She began to say that it was OUR FAULT that we were carrying ourselves a certain way and that the way we were carrying the bag was suspicious! Oh yeah, because carrying a bag by its handle when shopping around is suspicious!? She began to delete the pictures and walked back into the store WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING, instead she kept saying it was "the way we carried ourselves and the purse." OH AND DID I MENTION THIS WAS THE MANAGER!?!?! I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED LIKE THIS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. Living in the Bay Area and living in this day and age, I have not experienced racism or discrimination like this ever in my entire life. This is the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had. I was raised by a great family, I dont wear raggedy clothes, and have high end taste. It wasnt the way we "carried ourselves". It was outright profiling, racism, and age discrimination. This was a demeaning experience and I cant even explain how disrespected I feel. This has altered the way I feel about just shopping out in public. I will never shop at CVS again. On Sunday evening, I purchased a shelf item from the Beresford CVS store. in Milpitas, CA. I provided my Credit Card for the purchase and clearly recall replacing the card in my billfold. When I arose on Monday, I could not locate my billfold. I searched my house, laundry, car, etc. etc. without success. When I left for the day, I decided to stop by the CVS store on the remote chance that I left my billfold in the store or dropped it in the parking lot. When I entered the store Mili, the register clerk seemed to recognize me, although I was certain we had not met. I explained my mission to recover my billfold. Mili called in Monica and Velma to retrieve the billfold from the store safe where it had been placed overnight. Every one contributed what they could to help me and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. All my cash and cards were returned. I hope CVS management can recognize the job well done by Mili, Monica, and Velma. Richard Kleir, PhD

The store is dirty.Rude unintelligent employees and nothing is organised. Its like a bootleg CVS. Oh,and if you call to speak to a supervisor, there automated machine will connect you to the pharmacy,no matter what button you push.Last but not least,if you are African American, you will be given funny looks by employees and followed around the store.No thanks!
