My experiences over the past few months have been poor, both in Mill Valley and Delray Beach. Doctors cannot call in refill requests, pharmacists do not answer their phone, people waiting at the counter are ignored. Tonight added another poor performance. If you go on the website for the Walgreens on Shoreline in Mill Valley CA, you will see in the special box on the right that the closing time is 10 pm. So, when you arrive at 9:45 to pick up a new prescription, you find the pharmacy closed, but the real Walgreens business, the candy and cosmetic shop, open. The counter clerk then tells you "the closing hour for the pharmacy is posted on our front door". Very helpful after driving 20 minutes. Walgreens should be more open about the nature of their business, they are a glorified 7-11 with a small drugstore in the back.
