The worst customer service possible. I bought a water pipe that read "the heavy hitter" for $200 three weeks ago from this establishment. It unexpectedly broke (where the stem joins the chamber) while taking a hit, and glass was sucked into the bong itself. Where the break occurred was less than a mm thick (obviously a manufacturing error). I wrapped it up, brought it back to the shop, and asked to simply swap it out for the same piece, but one that was free of errors/flaws. The same man that sold me the piece refused to exchange it, claiming that when it left his store, it was not broken. For a shop that claims to put its customers first (which they will tell you over and over again while you are shopping there), they wouldnt even make an exchange due to a manufacturing error. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. This is the kind of place that gives smoke shops a bad reputation.

Ive been a regular customer at this shop for about 3 years now and have never received anything less than amazing customer service. The employees are always and professional and go out of their way to give the customer afforadable and reliable products. Extra perk: they finally stocked up on juuls so this is the place I come to for everything I need. This place is flat out amazing

I walked into Melrose Smoke Shop, service was awesome! The guy working there taught me how to use a hookah, and he told me to come back whenever I need help with anything. The quality of the hookah was amazing. It was an overall good experience. This is my number one smoke shop!! =)

Worst smoke shop. Ive Ever stepped foot in. Asked price on a bong prolly worth no more then 100$ if that . guys quotes it at 700$ . not only did he know little to nothing about glass or accessories he was just. Flat out dis respectful
