I called this place to try to place an order for mothers day. It looks like I called after hours and a lady answer. I told her I wanted to place an order and she said that she was busy with another customer and hung up on me. I called back and and asked to speak to a supervisor. She changed her voice and said she was the manager. I was able to tell she was the same person so when I told her that she hung up. I was determined to speak to a manager so called again and a guy answered. I ask for an owner or manager and he explained that the lady that answer was the owner. Horrible customer service and worst, she is the owner.

Ordered flowers over internet. A day before delivery credit card was charged. Flowers NEVER arrived. Have called them, the only option you have is to leave your phone number and they would call you back. Called twice, NO calls backs, NO emails, nothing. Apparently they answer only to take the orders. So i talked to a lady who takes the orders she took the note saying that i would be contacted. Guess. NOTHING. Just SCAMMERS. BE AWARE!! No refund received.

Possibly the most incompetent people Ive ever interacted with. The emailed me the day of my order with a problem running my card, instead of calling me like a half wit would think to do. Flowers never arrived. Dont order from here.
