WSS sucks. Not only do these stores seem to hire just about anybody. Maybe most of their employees are related or something. Their service is bad, most of their stores employees are young ignorant kids and they play horrible music throughout the store, that rap and regeton garbage. The security there is also terrible the guards are under trained and have no people skills, some of them look like they just got out of jail. If you have kids or if you go shopping with your grandmama and grandpapi go find shoes elsewhere.

I was able to choose my childrens shoes quickly. They had a variety of shoes to choose from. I was able to get help quick. There were employees everywhere, which helped me get through my shopping experience faster. Shopping with 4 kids is a nightmare as it is, so getting help and getting out of the store quickly is my goal. I saved a lot of money and earned points and more money coupons by doing so. My kids are happy, I am happy and my pocket is happy.

Jose the cashier was so helpful to me and very understanding....i left my coupon at home and was going to put my items on hold to go back home and retrieve my coupon.... Instead Jose said "thats fine maam I can help you dont worry about it"... Such a relief.... Jose customer service skills will have me continuing to visit this store... Great job

I worked for this company and it was terrible. There communication skills and attitude are in the trash bunch of ghetto attitudes you have to deal with and stupid bosses who dont care about there employees well being. If you want to come work for a company as UNPROFESSIONAL as this one Welcome to a dead end job!
