Disappointed. I came to find a gift for my younger brother. He has been wanting these Roshe in a certain color that he wants. I called the store before I went to see if they carry that shoe in a size 11. They put me on hold and went to check. When they got back on the phone they told me that they have the shoe I wanted in a size 11. I asked them if they can hold it for me so I can come pick it up right away. They asked me for my name and put it on hold for me. when I got to the store I went to the register. I told them I have shoe on hold and gave them my name. They had a box with my name on it. When I opened the box it was different shoes inside of the box that had the name of the shoe I wanted with the correct color and sized written on the box. The guy was like oh Im sorry must have gotten mixed up with another shoe box. There were 2 registers. The guy that was next to me purchased the same shoe I called in for. I asked the sales person if he can check to see is he has any more in the back. He came back out and said we dont have anymore

They are excellent in store ! But when it comes to calling them on the phone for questions they either just hang up or put you on hold and take forever.
