I have two bad experiences in one visit at this store on Dec 22, 2016. First off the manager by the name of Randy tall white guy told him I had called for a pair of Lunar-epic Flyknit Low multi colored shoes in a size 13 the day before because I needed to do an exchange for that pair for the same ones I currently had in a 14 that were to big. So I go to Randy upset because I was lied to over the phone about them not having the lunar-epic in the size 13. Randy looks me in the eye lies and says that the shoes were returned from the Niketown LA off Wilshire that has been closed down for several months you think I was born yesterday come on now and that he had done the return himself little does he know I was in the store for the past two days and those shoes were on that wall the audacity for him to lie about that was so unprofessional because your employees are lazy and dont want to do their jobs is not my problem. Im the customer I have paid a lot of money in this store and to be lied to like that is ridiculous. Now on to the worst thing the associate by the name of Javier needs to be fired. I was at the cash register he was ringing up my shoes the pair I had called about rang up at $79.97. Javier didnt think I was looking at the little monitor on the outside proceeds to charge me the $99.99 thats on the box with the additional 30 percent off I catch him doing it and and he tries to lie about it. I can do simple math the price doesnt magically go up 20 bucks from the 79.97. I couldnt believe he would try to be so crooked and try to cover it up when i catch him and tries to be sneaky wtf it was unbelievable I was at a lost for words as much money I have spent in this store let alone on all my nike apparel and footwear to be swindled by someone who thinks its ok to charge more for a shoe than what the computer says is unacceptable business practices and he should be immediately fired for doing that lord knows how many people hes overcharged and done this too. This place use to be my spot to get great deals and find some really nice Nike footwear and apparel but after today I just cant step foot in this place after that I just cant believe this happened to me. Beware and check your receipts SMH!!!

Serenite Royale

So listen to this. Brenda that works here. She helped me for an hour of shopping. I was a bit stressed and I couldnt even think straight she was with me for a WHOLE HOUR. A WHOLE HOUR. She was the best thing of my life that hour and I felt like a champion after leaving Nike. Thank you so much! Shout out to, Chris! You da real MVP!

This is a pretty new NIke Factory store in the area. Very typical size, they offer good deal in older air max and jordans, and even kobe. Non shoes deal is just ok, the clearance section is quite weak. Service is noticeable better in this store, they offer validated parking which is up to 2 hours in the lot nearby.

So I was looking for some soccer cleats, and yes the workers were helpful but the thing that I didnt like was that they barely had any soccer cleats and not even one pair for my size.

very well stocked nike outlet. also, its nice to have a nike outlet so close to civilization. the parking is available in a validated structure a block away.
