I tried to like that place, I really did. I bought 4 pair of glasses from them in the past 3 years. The most recent pair had issues, it was uncomfortable to wear, glare everywhere and basically it didnt protect from the sunlight. They suggested to apply Anti-Reflective coating to the lenses (which took 18 days, instead of 4 days that were promised). Things to consider: 1) Sales people are mostly incompetent. They cannot help you much and always need owners approval. 2) They are not able to call you back or give you any details on the status of your glasses. That part of customer service is really frustrating. 3) There are no refunds. So now I have pair of expensive glasses that Im not happy with and cannot do anything about it.

Awesome service! The staff was very friendly and patient. They spent a great deal of time with my wife and I and helped us find the perfect pairs. They did not try to sell us the most expensive ones, but rather chose the right shape and lens for us. They also adjusted the frames for my wife as she usually gets headaches if the sides are too tight. This will definitely be our go-to for sunglasses from now on!

I have been waiting on a refund for a month. Dont ever go here the guy in the head wrap will tell you he can provide things he cant. Charged me for some custom glasses and then never sent them or sent refund. Now they never answer their phone.

Beware!!!!! My daughter purchased a pair of the $20 glasses from the table. Fell apart within the hour. Cheap, cheap, cheap! Not even worth a $1. They tried to pressure my husband into some very expensive glasses...would not let up. Avoid!!
