Excellent service, was helped by a strapping young man named Daniel. His words were poetic, intoxicating in their beauty. As he described to me the fabrics of the suit I bought, I couldnt help but become lost in his words. His spiffy hair shone through a layer of hairgel. I think Im in love. 5 stars.

James and the rest of the sales staff are fantastic and this store has not forgotten how to maintain the customer relationship by anticipating their clients needs. The drive to this store is always worth the time to receive the staffs knowledge and experience.

Sales staff sold me a blazer two sizes larger, after finding out my size was not available. My tailor recommended me to return it, yet the staff insisted I would fit in it. I ended up telling them they are not tailors. Worst Brooksbrothers store I ever visited.

Im happy to have a Brooks Brothers store in the vicinity, and I love the clothes, which are top notch and at a fair price point. The service in this particular store is consistently spotty, though, which is disappointing.
