We drove 61 miles to go to this store because it was the only one that had two xbox one elites. We wanted to trade our originals in for the elites. Well we got there and they wouldnt take one of our systems because the tamper seal was slightly peeling. They decided to show us this by peeling it almost completely off. We ended up just purchasing an elite system instead of doing a trade in. Well the new system was damaged. The usb port on the side is bent to where I can barely get a usb plug in it and the elite controller that we received had to be shipped to Microsoft in order to be repaired. Just them almost taking off the tamper seal alone is terrible. This voided our warranty on the old system. If I were anyone living near them Id avoid this store like the plague.

Ive been here a couple times to pick up games on release day & they make it a nice ordeal with soda, snacks & prizes for everybody waiting. The employees are helpful and make your purchase easy & comfortable.

This place smells. A lot of turn over with staff. Store manager tries to be slick. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. No greeting as I walked into the store. Come here to buy games as a last resort.

Game fanatic I love all things about game stop. Low cost, easy to find games. I was at this location about a week ago and sales rep was very helpful. He was a game fanatic as well.

They sell games at retail price and they typically have a good selection. What else can you ask for. The games are typically cheaper on Amazon, but I cant knock them for that.

When theyre open theyre good. But there are times that they open late. Hours of operation say they open at 10am but they dont open until 10:20 or even 10:30.
