I cannot express how wonderful these people are to deal with. After shopping all over town for an engagement ring, I felt as if everybody was trying to "sell" me something that I did not want. As I really wanted to give my money to a local business, I looked at Windsor diamonds. They had been recommended by some friends. Rick spent hours with me and helped me make the perfect selection. Im not sure if it was the beautiful diamond ring, or the proposal on top of the Eiffel tower in Paris, but it worked and she said yes. Thanks again Windsor. You will see more of my business.

The owner is a great guy. We bought a ring and he resized it, no charge. A few days after wearing the ring, one of the stones fell out of the setting.and was lost. He replaced it at no charge and adjusted the setting so we wouldnt have the same issue happen again. Very pleasant person to deal with. We will be shopping there again.
