I had an absolutely horrible experience there. I wanted to purchase a piece of jewelry. Needed financing. I literally had to give my 1st. born. They wanted 3 of my family members names & phone numbers. 2 friends names & phone numbers. Then want a minimum of 18 to 20% down. Ridiculous. Then they wanted my debit card to debit my account twice a month. They give no terms or conditions of the financing (i.e. 60 mos.). Outrageous. Other places I went to (Rogers, Zales, Fred Meyer) did not even want half that information. If I could I would Pickett that store. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Just a disgusting experience. I paid off my roof ($10,500.00) inside 10 mos. They treated me like I was a dead beat. I have never been treated like that before.

Always such a great experience. They remember me before they even call. I always pay cash even though i have direct pay from my bank card but since they know i like to pay in cash they never charge it and always call me to remind me about my payment. I never have had 1 bad experience with them. My wife absolutely loves her Bridal set and i cant wait to purchase more for her from Deangelos. The Credit man is almost always in the store to give the best customer service. They also have great promotions especially on facebook. I hope i win that blue sapphire ring for my wife. Cant be free

Did extensive research, online pricing before stumbling across Tom and family at DeAngelos. Found the perfect rings for our upcoming wedding. I couldnt be happier! Its beautiful, perfect and unique. They were very patient and knowledgeable. The prices are very competitive. And....they have Suki! An on site Master Jeweler! I bought the center stone and the setting separately Suki set it right away. Did I say it was beautiful :). I wanted to add an update. I just had my Rays (groom) ring engraved. This was a free service offered by DeAngelos. I love this place. :)

We bought our original ring from sears and lost 3 stones within 2 weeks . Luckily we were able to return and after hearing the commercials on the radio we went to deangelos , tom was great he sold us a beautiful set that looks so unique and I will love forever after a while we came back and bout just a band with diamonds we had an issue with the rings rubbing together and losing diamonds so tom exchanged it with another no problem and its been perfect ever since ! Today I just bought gold earrings for my moms 60th birthday I couldnt be happier thank you Tom thank you!!

Melissa and Amber are amazing if I could I would give them both 10 stars I would and Tom the credit man has made us feel like family. They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help you find exactly what your looking for!! They work with a budget and never ever pressure you. We will only be going there for all our needs. We have been there and purchased all of our jewelry there from rings to earrings and necklaces. I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

My fiance has bought my heart key chain necklace, engagment ring (that matches my necklace, but are not a pair) & my ring guard that looks amazing with my engagement ring, even tho it was a challenge to fit the two due to the unique shape of my engagement ring. Suki, the resident master jeweler, does amazing work! Took a piece in to have it adjusted and was quoted 3 to 4 days- very reasonable given the time of the year. 4 hours later I get a call saying its already done! The work performed was top notch and you couldnt even tell the piece had been altered. Will definitely keep their card around for future repairs, thanks again guys!
