Spoke over the phone with a representative for no more than 2 minutes, and in that time the representative presented herself as arrogant and rude, just because Im a beginning cigar smoker and was looking for a specific cigar that was recommended by a fellow smoker.

A real down to earth cigar shop Bonnie, Lynsdey, and David are very helpful. Couldnt ask for a more friendly place to enjoy a cigar and the company of others. Theres a wide selection of cigars to suit the taste of all. Great place DR Cigars
