Our "family of 5" has been going to Optometric Images for over 15 years. I think the youngest (twins) were only 8 years old when we started back in day! We havent stopped going to them and will not stop as long as we live in northern CA. They have 2 doctors there for as long as we have been going there. Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Ozaki are both professional and very thorough with all our examinations. We have seen them every year for our annual checkups, LASIK referrals and recommendations, and even other off-normal health issues with our eyes. Both of them are very good and I highly recommend either doctor. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and extremely helpful. I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Veronica, Alex, Roya, Rosie, Jack, Jimmy and Paul. You guys rock! Some of you have been with us for so long and have developed a friendship with our family that is so special. The entire staff has great customer service skills and works that front office so efficiently. They do it all from helping you do your pre-diagnostic exams, to helping you pick that perfect frame, prepping you for dilation, help resolve any billing questions or documentation needed for work or insurance. You all are amazing! In one room, they have the typical diagnostic tools and even an upgraded retina camera that records really high resolution pictures. The frame selection in their front lobby is very comprehensive from all price ranges and styles. We have purchased all types of eye glasses from standard, to progressive, to reading, and to prescription sunglasses. Each pair we have received exceeds our expectations in comfort and price. Thank you doctors and staff for everything you guys have done for us. I have and will always recommend you guys.

I had a great experience at Optometric Images! The whole staff was professional, courteous, efficient, caring, and knowledgable. My eye exam with Dr. Ozaki was very thorough and he took ample time to address several issues I have been experiencing. The staff was super helpful when it came to choosing my new frames! Fit, fashion, and function of the new glasses were all taken into account! ... And they expertly navigated the nuances of insurance paperwork! I had a GREAT experience!

After each eye exam they always take time to explain their findings and how your vision has changed from the previous year. Every time I go there for an exam or to purchase glasses they are extremely tentative, spending their time with me 1:1 to get me the right look and the right options. They also have a wide array of top end brands which I love because I have a hard time fitting glasses and the higher end brands to fit better. Lucky me. :-)
